गुमला में नशा विरोधी मुहिम तेज़: स्कूली बच्चों और युवाओं को जाल में फंसा रहे नशा कारोबारी

गुमला — गुमला जिले में अवैध नशा कारोबारियों द्वारा सुनियोजित रणनीति के तहत स्कूली छात्र-छात्राओं और बेरोज़गार युवाओं को नशे की लत में धकेलने की घटनाएं लगातार बढ़ रही हैं। जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई के बावजूद यह माफिया अब भी सक्रिय है और कई मासूमों को बर्बादी की राह पर धकेल चुका है।

गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी और पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह के निर्देश पर उत्पाद विभाग ने बाजार टांड़ और बस स्टैंड इलाके में अवैध देशी शराब के खिलाफ अभियान चलाया। इस दौरान 30 लीटर जावा महुआ चुलाई शराब और 20 लीटर हंड़िया जब्त कर मौके पर ही नष्ट कर दी गई।

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि नशे का यह अवैध धंधा न केवल आर्थिक अपराधों को बढ़ावा दे रहा है, बल्कि चोरी, लूट और सड़क हादसों जैसी घटनाओं में भी इज़ाफा कर रहा है। सबसे चिंताजनक पहलू यह है कि कई कथित सफेदपोश नेता और मनोरंजन जगत के लोग भी इस कारोबार में संलिप्त हैं, जो शॉर्टकट से करोड़ों रुपये कमा रहे हैं।

सूत्रों के मुताबिक, नशा कारोबारी पहले स्कूली बच्चों और युवाओं को नशीली दवाएं, सूई, गांजा, भांग, ब्राउन शुगर और देशी शराब मुफ्त में देकर उन्हें इस लत का आदी बनाते हैं। जब ये युवा नशे पर निर्भर हो जाते हैं, तो उन्हें अवैध कामों, यहां तक कि सेक्स रैकेट में भी धकेल दिया जाता है। इससे कई परिवार उजड़ चुके हैं और कई युवा अवसाद में जाकर आत्महत्या जैसे कदम उठा चुके हैं।

इस चुनौती से निपटने के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने स्कूलों, कॉलेजों और सामाजिक संगठनों के सहयोग से नशा विरोधी जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों की श्रृंखला शुरू की है। इसमें रैली, संगोष्ठी और प्रेरक संवाद के माध्यम से माता-पिता, शिक्षक, एनजीओ और युवाओं को जागरूक किया जा रहा है।

प्रशासन की अपील है कि युवा सरकारी योजनाओं से जुड़कर स्वरोजगार को अपनाएं और सेना, पुलिस व अन्य सेवाओं में भर्ती होकर देशसेवा करें। जब तक गुमला को पूरी तरह नशा मुक्त जिला नहीं बनाया जाता, तब तक यह अभियान जारी रहेगा।
