गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में सुनी गईं नागरिकों की समस्याएं, उपायुक्त ने दिए त्वरित निदान के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें जिले भर से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी विभिन्न समस्याओं और शिकायतों को रखा। उपायुक्त ने सभी शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को समयबद्ध और प्राथमिकता के आधार पर त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान चिरगांव पंचायत की आरती कुमारी, जो विगत आठ महीनों से दिल्ली में फंसी हुई थीं, ने बताया कि जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से उनकी सुरक्षित घर वापसी संभव हो सकी। जिसके बाद उनका देखभाल बाल कल्याण समिति (CWC) द्वारा किया गया। आरती ने अपनी आगे की पढ़ाई जारी रखने की इच्छा जताई, जिसके लिए कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय में नामांकन हेतु आवेदन भी किया गया है। उपायुक्त ने जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक को समुचित सहयोग सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

इसी क्रम में सिसई की पूनम कुमारी ने अपने भाई योगेश उरांव को पंजाब से सकुशल गुमला वापस लाने हेतु सहयोग की मांग की। पूनम ने बताया कि नौकरी दिलाने के नाम पर कुछ व्यक्तियों द्वारा धोखे से योगेश को पंजाब भेजा गया था, जहां उसे 50,000 रुपए में बेच दिए जाने की जानकारी मिली है। उपायुक्त ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए श्रम अधीक्षक को पत्र अग्रसारित कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने तथा उक्त युवक को शीघ्र वापस लाने का निर्देश दिया।

ग्राम पंचायत वृंदा की मुखिया सत्यवती देवी ने अपने पंचायत क्षेत्र में सोलर स्ट्रीट लाइट की आवश्यकता जताते हुए 200 लाइटों की मांग रखी। उन्होंने बताया कि उनका क्षेत्र वनवर्ती और पहाड़ी है, जहां रोशनी की विशेष आवश्यकता है। उपायुक्त ने इस पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु जिला योजना पदाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया।

कार्यक्रम में अन्य कई नागरिकों ने भी अपनी अपनी समस्याएं रखीं, जिनमें अधूरे कुएं के निर्माण, रोजगार, बिजली आपूर्ति में बाधा, और पीसीसी पथ की सुरक्षा जैसे विषय शामिल थे। गुमला निवासी मंगरा उरांव ने बिरसा सिंचाई कूप योजना के तहत अधूरे कुएं के कार्य को पूर्ण कराने की मांग की, वहीं करौंदी निवासी मनीष कुमार दास ने विभागीय कार्यालयों में रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने का आग्रह किया।

पुग्गू पंचायत के दाउदनगर ग्रामवासियों ने बिजली के पोलों के अभाव में विधुत आपूर्ति में आ रही बाधा की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया। इस पर उपायुक्त ने विद्युत विभाग को त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही लवागाई चेगरी ग्रामवासियों ने पीसीसी पथ की स्थायित्व के लिए कुछ स्थानों पर गार्डवाल निर्माण की मांग की, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने स्थल निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करने का आदेश दिया।

जन सुनवाई में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए लगभग 50 से अधिक ग्रामीण उपस्थित हुए। पेंशन, राशन, आवास, बिजली, पानी, सड़क जैसे जनहित से जुड़े मुद्दों पर नागरिकों द्वारा आवेदन दिए गए, जिन पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को शीघ्र कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
