गुमला में प्रखंडों के सतत विकास व योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन को लेकर उपायुक्त ने की विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों तक सरकार की सभी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक सुनिश्चित हो, इस उद्देश्य से गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देश पर विगत कुछ माह से वरीय अधिकारियों को विभिन्न प्रखंडों से टैग किया गया है। इन अधिकारियों द्वारा संबंधित प्रखंडों में लगातार फील्ड भ्रमण, स्थानीय प्रशासन एवं नागरिकों के साथ बैठकें, योजनाओं की समीक्षा तथा स्थलीय निरीक्षण का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

इसी क्रम में आज समाहरणालय‌ के सभागार में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में एक विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में अधिकारियों द्वारा फील्ड भ्रमण के दौरान की गई गतिविधियों, निरीक्षण रिपोर्ट, और योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की बिंदुवार समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली से जुड़े मामलों पर विशेष ध्यान देते हुए , राशन डीलरों की लापरवाही पर नाराजगी प्रकट की। उन्होंने राशन कार्ड एवं आधार कार्ड में हो रहे मिसमैच की गंभीरता को रेखांकित करते हुए आपूर्ति विभाग को त्वरित सुधार की दिशा में कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल, आंगनबाड़ी, मनरेगा, पशुधन विकास योजना एवं पीएम-जनमन योजना सहित सभी प्राथमिक सेवाओं के प्रभावी संचालन की गहन समीक्षा की। उन्होंने वरीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे नियमित रूप से फील्ड विजिट करें तथा गांवों में आमजन से संवाद स्थापित कर योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की वास्तविक स्थिति का आकलन करें।

विद्यालयों में शौचालय, पेयजल और बिजली की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में नियमित कक्षा संचालन, अस्पतालों की व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करने और सभी सरकारी भवनों के उपयोग की स्थिति की जांच के भी निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि कोई भवन अनुपयोगी या बंद स्थिति में है, तो उसे शीघ्र क्रियाशील किया जाए।

उपायुक्त ने गर्मी के मौसम को ध्यान में रखते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक करता हुए सभी क्षेत्र में पानी की सुविधाओं को दुरुस्त करने की बात कही। पीएम-जनमन योजना के तहत पात्र लाभुकों को योजनाओं से जोड़ने के लिए तेज गति से कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश भी अधिकारियों को दिया गया।

पशुधन योजना के अंतर्गत लाभुकों को पशु वितरण से पूर्व उनकी उचित प्रशिक्षण एवं देखरेख की जानकारी देने की बात कही गई, ताकि पशुओं की हानि न हो।

बैठक में जिला आपूर्ति विभाग की भी समीक्षा की गई, जिसमें केवाईसी, राशन वितरण एवं जन वितरण प्रणाली से जुड़ी प्रक्रियाओं की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई।

इस बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, परियोजना निदेशक आईटीडीए, एसडीओ सदर, एसडीओ बिशुनपुर, जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, परिवहन पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य वरीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
