सुदूरवर्ती जमटी गांव पहुंचे गुमला उपायुक्त, विकास योजनाओं को लेकर दिए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला, 19 मई 2025 | कभी उग्रवाद प्रभावित रहे गुमला जिले के बिशुनपुर प्रखंड अंतर्गत निरासी पंचायत के जमटी गांव में सोमवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने औचक दौरा किया। पहाड़िया समुदाय के 15 परिवारों वाले इस सुदूर गांव में पहुंचकर उन्होंने ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनीं और मौके पर ही समाधान के निर्देश दिए। प्रशासन की मंशा है कि अंतिम व्यक्ति तक विकास की रोशनी पहुंचे।

गांव में बुनियादी सुविधाओं का अभाव
बुकी कोना टोला पहुंचने पर ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त को बताया कि गांव में अभी भी सड़क, पेयजल और बिजली जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। बरसात में कच्चे रास्तों से गुजरना मुश्किल होता है। चापाकल या जलमीनार न होने से पानी की किल्लत है। बिजली के खंभे लगे हैं, लेकिन तार और कनेक्शन अब तक नहीं मिला।

तत्काल निर्देश, योजनाओं की समीक्षा
उपायुक्त सत्यार्थी ने इन समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभागों को शीघ्र कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। अधूरे आवास निर्माण, पेंशन और राशन वितरण की शिकायतों पर भी उन्होंने विभागीय समीक्षा का आदेश दिया। जॉब कार्ड की स्थिति की जानकारी ली और काम उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही।

स्थानीय हस्तशिल्प को मिलेगा नया जीवन
गांव के लोग बांस से सूप, टोकरी और झाड़ू बनाकर जीविकोपार्जन करते हैं। इस पर उपायुक्त ने बांस शिल्प को प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से बाजार से जोड़ने की योजना बनाने का भरोसा दिलाया। इससे स्थानीय कारीगरों को आय के बेहतर साधन मिल सकेंगे।

डाकिया योजना और प्रमाण पत्र वितरण के निर्देश
राशन की नियमित आपूर्ति के लिए डाकिया योजना को प्रभावी बनाने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही, सभी पात्र परिवारों को जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आयुष्मान कार्ड और अन्य सरकारी लाभ सुनिश्चित कराने की बात कही।

शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य पर विशेष जोर
गांव में स्कूल भवन दो किलोमीटर दूर होने के कारण बच्चे विद्यालय नहीं जा पा रहे हैं। इसे देखते हुए उपायुक्त ने बच्चों को साइकिल देने और जाति प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने महिलाओं और बच्चों को संस्थागत प्रसव की अहमियत बताई तथा मातृ वंदना योजना व जननी शिशु सुरक्षा योजना की जानकारी दी।

एसएचजी और पोषण पर भी चर्चा
महिलाओं द्वारा स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) से जुड़े होने पर उपायुक्त ने सराहना की। आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र का निरीक्षण कर बच्चों को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं की स्थिति जानी और ‘पोषण ट्रैकर’ ऐप को लेकर सहिया से फीडबैक लिया।

जनता के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी
ग्रामीणों को जागरूक करते हुए उपायुक्त ने हेल्पलाइन नंबर 9431319825 साझा किया और कहा कि कोई भी समस्या होने पर इस पर कॉल कर शिकायत दर्ज कराएं। हर मामले की सुनवाई और समाधान किया जाएगा।

अधिकारियों को सौंपे स्पष्ट निर्देश
उपायुक्त ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी बिशुनपुर सहित उपस्थित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि क्षेत्र के सभी पात्र व्यक्तियों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिले और कोई भी जरूरतमंद वंचित न रहे।

इस दौरे में बिशुनपुर बीडीओ, मुखिया, ग्राम प्रधान, पंचायत सेवक समेत संबंधित पदाधिकारी और कर्मी मौजूद रहे। यह दौरा प्रशासन की उस प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है, जिसके तहत गुमला के अंतिम गांव तक विकास की किरण पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य तय किया गया है।
