गुमला, 19 मई 2025 | गुमला नगर परिषद ने नगर क्षेत्र के नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए एक समर्पित हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी किया है, जिसके माध्यम से लोग अब जलापूर्ति, साफ-सफाई, स्ट्रीट लाइट जैसी नगर सेवाओं से जुड़ी समस्याओं की जानकारी दे सकेंगे और शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकेंगे। यह सुविधा मोबाइल नंबर 8102049391 पर कॉल या व्हाट्सएप दोनों माध्यमों से उपलब्ध है।
नगर परिषद ने जानकारी दी है कि नागरिक अब अपने क्षेत्र में आने वाली समस्याओं की जानकारी इस नंबर पर सीधे भेज सकते हैं, चाहे वह टूटी सड़क हो, बंद स्ट्रीट लाइट, जल संकट या अन्य कोई नगर सेवा से जुड़ी समस्या। व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से फोटो या वीडियो भेजकर भी नागरिक अपनी शिकायतें स्पष्ट रूप से दर्ज करा सकते हैं।
गुमला नगर परिषद का कहना है कि यह पहल जनता से सीधा संवाद स्थापित करने और त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। परिषद ने भरोसा दिलाया है कि प्राप्त शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की जाएगी और समाधान की प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी रखी जाएगी।
नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि वे इस सुविधा का अधिक से अधिक उपयोग करें और नगर परिषद को नगर क्षेत्र को अधिक स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित और सुविधाजनक बनाने में सहयोग दें।
