सेरका गांव में ग्रामीणों ने दिखाया सामूहिक ताकत का कमाल, श्रमदान से बना बोरा बांध बना सिंचाई का समाधान

गुमला, 20 मई | झारखंड के गुमला जिले के बिशुनपुर प्रखंड स्थित सेरका गांव में ग्रामीणों ने सामूहिक श्रमदान के माध्यम से एक मिसाल पेश की है। प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना 2.0 के तहत ‘वाटरशेड जनभागीदारी कप’ कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत ग्रामीण समुदाय ने मिलकर एक बोरा बांध का निर्माण किया, जिससे वर्षों से चली आ रही सिंचाई की समस्या का समाधान निकल पाया है।

इस पहल में गांव के पुरुषों, महिलाओं, बुजुर्गों और बच्चों ने मिलकर भाग लिया और दिखाया कि अगर इरादे मजबूत हों, तो सीमित संसाधनों में भी बड़ा बदलाव संभव है।

एकजुटता से उपजा समाधान

कार्यक्रम के दौरान भूमि संरक्षण विभाग के पदाधिकारियों ने ग्रामीणों से संवाद किया। बातचीत के क्रम में किसान मनीजर ने अपनी प्रेरणादायक कहानी साझा की। उन्होंने बताया कि पहले वे रोजगार के लिए हरियाणा गए थे, जहां एक दुर्घटना में उनका हाथ कट गया। अब वे खेती को ही अपनी आजीविका का आधार बना चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि बोरा बांध के निर्माण से खेतों को पानी मिल पाएगा और उनकी तरह कई किसानों की जिंदगी में स्थायित्व आएगा।

भविष्य के लिए तैयार कार्ययोजना

बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि गांव के विकास कार्यों में सामुदायिक भागीदारी को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। भविष्य में सरकार और गैर-सरकारी संगठनों के सहयोग से खरीफ फसलों के लिए बीज वितरण, वृक्षारोपण, सोलर आधारित डीप बोरिंग, लिफ्ट सिंचाई, पशुओं का टीकाकरण और जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

इस मौके पर सेरका पंचायत की मुखिया, गैर-सरकारी संस्था ISDG के प्रतिनिधि, वाटरशेड समिति के अध्यक्ष और सचिव समेत बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने सामूहिक विकास की दिशा में सहयोग देने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई।

साझा प्रयासों की प्रेरणादायक मिसाल

सेरका गांव की यह पहल दर्शाती है कि जब समुदाय स्वयं आगे बढ़ता है और विकास कार्यों की जिम्मेदारी अपने कंधों पर लेता है, तो परिणाम सकारात्मक और स्थायी होते हैं। बोरा बांध न केवल खेतों को पानी देगा, बल्कि यह ग्रामीणों के आत्मबल और सहभागिता का प्रतीक बन गया है।
