गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त , कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देश के आलोक में जिले में अवैध खनन पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण एवं रोकथाम हेतु लगातार छापेमारी एवं कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसी क्रम में आज बसिया अंचल अंतर्गत निनई ग्राम स्थित कोयल नदी से अवैध बालू उत्खनन एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध बड़ी कार्रवाई की गई।
प्राप्त गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर दिनांक 21.05.2025 की रात्रि लगभग 00:10 बजे खनन टास्क फोर्स की टीम द्वारा निनई ग्राम के समक्ष छापेमारी की गई। टीम में बसिया अंचल के प्रतिनियुक्त पुलिस बल के साथ अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी बसिया के अंगरक्षक भी सम्मिलित थे।
निनई ग्राम स्थित कोयल नदी घाट पर एक जेसीबी मशीन द्वारा तीन हाइवा वाहनों पर बालू लोड किया जा रहा था। प्रशासनिक वाहन को देखकर जेसीबी चालक मौके से फरार हो गया। तीनों हाइवा की जांच करने पर इनमें लदे बालू के संबंध में कोई वैध दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया। जांच में यह भी पाया गया कि निनई ग्राम बालू घाट के लिए किसी को भी उत्खनन अथवा परिवहन की अनुमति नहीं दी गई है।
यह स्पष्ट है कि उक्त बालू का उत्खनन एवं परिवहन पूरी तरह से अवैध है। तदनुसार तीनों हाइवा वाहन एवं जेसीबी को जब्त कर विधिवत जब्ती सूची तैयार की गई तथा सभी वाहनों को जब्त कर बसिया थाना परिसर लाया गया।
अवैध खनन को रोकने हेतु जिला स्तर पर खनन टास्क फोर्स की टीम का गठन किया गया है, जिसके द्वारा नियमित रूप से औचक छापेमारी कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
यह संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि इस प्रकार का अवैध खनन न केवल सरकार की खनिज संपदा की चोरी है , बल्कि राष्ट्रीय हितों के भी प्रतिकूल है। उक्त मामले में झारखंड खनिज नियमावली 2004 की धारा 4/54, झारखंड मिनरल्स ट्रांसपोर्टेशन एंड स्टोरेज रूल्स 2017 की धारा 7/ 9 एवं भारतीय न्याय संहिता की सुसंगत धाराओं के अंतर्गत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर दोषियों के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
जिला प्रशासन गुमला पुनः यह स्पष्ट करता है कि अवैध खनन में संलिप्त किसी भी व्यक्ति को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। खनिज संपदा की रक्षा हेतु निरंतर कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।
