सरकारी योजनाओं की प्रगति पर डुमरी में एसडीओ का निरीक्षण और समीक्षा, पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता पर जोर

गुमला, 23 मई | सरकारी योजनाओं की ज़मीनी हकीकत जानने और उनके प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से चैनपुर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी पूर्णिमा कुमारी ने डुमरी प्रखंड में व्यापक निरीक्षण एवं समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया। यह निरीक्षण गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशानुसार किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान एसडीओ ने अबुआ आवास योजना, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र, बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना, मनरेगा अंतर्गत कूप निर्माण, जन वितरण प्रणाली, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, महिला एवं बाल विकास, पशुपालन, राजस्व समेत विभिन्न विभागीय योजनाओं की प्रगति का मूल्यांकन किया।

जमीनी निरीक्षण के बाद गहन समीक्षा बैठक
स्थलीय भ्रमण के उपरांत प्रखंड कार्यालय डुमरी में एक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें प्रखंड स्तरीय अधिकारियों के साथ योजनाओं की प्रगति, शेष कार्यों की स्थिति और आ रही चुनौतियों पर चर्चा की गई। एसडीओ पूर्णिमा कुमारी ने अधिकारियों से स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि “योजनाओं का लाभ प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए। पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सर्वोपरि होनी चाहिए।”

प्रमुख बिंदुओं पर एसडीओ की सख़्ती

• अबुआ आवास योजना: निर्माण कार्य की स्थिति को संतोषजनक बताया गया, वहीं शेष आवासों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
• आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र: बच्चों को दिए जाने वाले भोजन में गुणवत्ता सुधार की आवश्यकता जताई गई। खासतौर पर खिचड़ी में दाल की मात्रा बढ़ाने की सलाह दी गई।
• स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं: ममता वाहन का पंजीकरण, एंटी स्नेक वेनम की उपलब्धता और एंबुलेंस की संख्या में वृद्धि के लिए त्वरित पहल की बात कही गई।
• जन वितरण प्रणाली: खाद्यान्न के 100% वितरण की दिशा में आवश्यक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया गया।
• शिक्षा: विद्यालय भवनों की जर्जर हालत पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए मरम्मत या वैकल्पिक स्थानांतरण का सुझाव दिया गया।
• पशुपालन: राज्य स्तर से लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति न होने के बावजूद ज़रूरतमंदों को पशुधन मुहैया कराने की पहल पर चर्चा हुई।

अंतिम व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुँचे – एसडीओ का स्पष्ट संदेश
एसडीओ पूर्णिमा कुमारी ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में न तो देरी हो और न ही गुणवत्ता से समझौता किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा, “सरकारी प्रयासों का वास्तविक लाभ तभी दिखेगा जब वह अंतिम पंक्ति के व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे, और इसके लिए ज़मीनी स्तर पर ईमानदारी और पारदर्शिता अनिवार्य है।”
