गुमला, डुमरी – मुहर्रम पर्व को लेकर डुमरी पुलिस ने शुक्रवार शाम को नु्रंगो में अवैध शराब की बिक्री रोकने के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर छापेमारी की। इस कार्रवाई में पुलिस ने दो दुकानों से कुल 100 से अधिक बोतल अंग्रेजी शराब बरामद की हैं।
क्या-क्या जब्त हुआ:
- स्ट्रगलिंग बी-7 (पूरी बोतल) – 8 बोतल
- स्ट्रगलिंग बी-7 (आधी बोतल) – 2 बोतल
- गॉडफादर बियर कैन – 48 पैक
- गॉडफादर बियर बोतल – 18 पैक
- बेड मंकी बियर बोतल – 32 पैक
इनमें लालमनी मंडल और होरिल मंडल के ठेके शामिल हैं, जिनके खिलाफ नोटिस जारी कर नये मद्य निषेध अधिनियम (NDPS) के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई। पुलिस दोनों आरोपितों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए खोजबीन में लगी है।
प्रशासन की चिंता:
प्रखंड क्षेत्र के कई चाउमिन विक्रेता भी इस व्यापार में संलिप्त पाए गए हैं। इससे यह स्पष्ट होता है कि लोक त्यौहार के दौरान भी शराब की तस्करी सक्रिय है।
पुलिस की प्रतिक्रिया:
सदर थाना प्रभारी ने बताया, “हम किसी को जाति, धर्म या त्यौहार के नाम पर अपराध की इज़ाज़त नहीं देंगे। इस तरह की छापेमार कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।” उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि आगामी दिनों में और स्थानों पर भी सख्त निगरानी रखी जाएगी।
इस छापेमारी से यह संदेश गया है कि पुलिस स्थानीय मद्य तस्करों और किराना दुकानों में छिपे अवैध कारोबार पर सख्ती बरतेगी। साथ ही, यह कदम समाज में कानून-अनुशासन बनाए रखने के सदर प्रयास का हिस्सा है।
घाटे में पड़े तस्करों और व्यापारियों के खिलाफ यह कार्रवाई नशे से जुड़े सामाजिक समस्याओं को कम करने की दिशा में उठाया गया प्रशासनिक कदम है।
