गुमला में जिलास्तरीय समन्वय समिति की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित, उप विकास आयुक्त ने योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर दिया जोर

गुमला — जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय के सभागार में सोमवार को उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में जिलास्तरीय समन्वय समिति की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। यह बैठक उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार सभी विभागों के कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा और विभागीय समन्वय को बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से की गई।

विकास कार्यों में समन्वय और समयबद्धता पर जोर

बैठक में जिले के विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारियों ने भाग लिया और अपने-अपने विभागों की योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति, प्रगति और चुनौतियों की विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की। उप विकास आयुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए योजनाओं का समयबद्ध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने प्रखंड और पंचायत स्तर पर नियमित समीक्षात्मक बैठकें आयोजित करने पर विशेष बल दिया।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग:

• आयुष्मान भारत स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के नियमित निरीक्षण के निर्देश
• बिजली और पानी की समुचित व्यवस्था शीघ्र कराने के आदेश
• निर्माणाधीन उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों की गहन समीक्षा; भूमि प्रतिवेदन दो दिन में उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश

समाज कल्याण विभाग:

• 82 निर्माणाधीन आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के शीघ्र निर्माण और मूलभूत सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था पर जोर
• सभी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में दरी, पोषाहार और विवरण दीवारों पर अंकित करने के निर्देश
• रोरेंग पंचायत में नए आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र की स्वीकृति हेतु आदेश

कल्याण विभाग:

• कृष्णा छात्रावास में भवन मरम्मत व पेयजल-विद्युत व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश
• NPCI मैपिंग से वंचित बच्चों के लिए नए बैंक खाते खोलने का आदेश

जल जीवन मिशन:

• हर घर जल पहुंचाने के लक्ष्य की समीक्षा
• खराब जलमीनारों की मरम्मत और रायडीह के रिरई टोली की समस्या समाधान के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई के निर्देश

खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग:

• पलायन कर रहे परिवारों की सूची तैयार करने का निर्देश
• गोडाम निर्माण हेतु भूमि चिह्नित करने के आदेश (गुमला, रायडीह, बसिया)
• ई-केवाईसी प्रक्रिया में तेजी और गोदामों का नियमित निरीक्षण अनिवार्य

पशुपालन विभाग:

• पशुधन विकास और गव्य योजना की प्रगति साझा
• बकरी वितरण कार्यक्रम प्रखंड कार्यालयों में आयोजित करने के निर्देश

राजस्व व आपदा प्रबंधन:

• बारिश से प्रभावित परिवारों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर स्थानांतरित करने के निर्देश
• आपदा पूर्व जागरूकता अभियान चलाने पर बल

शिक्षा विभाग:

• भवन निर्माण में भूमि विवाद की स्थिति में अंचल और प्रखंड स्तर पर समन्वय बनाकर समाधान
• जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के तहत समयबद्ध शिकायत निस्तारण और गूगल शीट पर अद्यतन रिपोर्टिंग के निर्देश

अबुआ आवास योजना:

• 2023-24 के तहत स्वीकृत योजनाओं को शीघ्र प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश
• लंबित आवेदनों की जांच व स्वीकृति में तेजी
• चेकर वेरिफिकेशन समयसीमा के भीतर पूर्ण करने का निर्देश

प्रधानमंत्री जनमन और पीएम किसान योजनाएं:

• सभी लंबित निर्माण कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश
• पीएम किसान आवेदनों का शीघ्र निस्तारण और प्रतिदिन रिपोर्टिंग का आदेश

मनरेगा:

• लंबित कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूर्ण करने की हिदायत

पुस्तकालय प्रबंधन:

• प्रखंड स्तर पर पुस्तकालय संचालन समितियों की नियमित बैठक का निर्देश
• छात्रों को पुस्तकालय में पढ़ाई हेतु प्रेरित करने पर बल
• पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालयों के मरम्मत कार्य 15वें वित्त आयोग की निधि से करने के सुझाव

बैठक के समापन पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा, “योजनाओं की गुणवत्ता और पारदर्शिता हमारी प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। समन्वय, निगरानी और निरंतर समीक्षा ही समावेशी विकास की नींव है।”

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता, डीआरडीए निदेशक, चैनपुर एसडीओ, बसिया डीसीएलआर, सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी और अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
