गुमला में ‘धरती आबा जनजातीय जागृत अभियान’ के तहत 538 शिविर आयोजित, दो लाख से अधिक नागरिकों को मिली योजनाओं की जानकारी, हज़ारों को मिला त्वरित लाभ

गुमला, झारखंड | जून 2025 — गुमला जिले में चल रहे ‘धरती आबा जनजातीय जागृत अभियान’ के अंतर्गत अब तक 538 से अधिक जनसेवा शिविरों का सफल आयोजन किया जा चुका है। इस विशेष पहल का उद्देश्य सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को विशेष रूप से PVTG (विशेष रूप से कमज़ोर जनजातीय समूह) समुदाय तक सीधे पहुँचाना है। जिला प्रशासन के अनुसार, इन शिविरों के माध्यम से अब तक 2.2 लाख से अधिक नागरिकों ने विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी ली है, जबकि हज़ारों को मौके पर ही योजनाओं का लाभ मिला है।

शिविरों में क्या-क्या हुआ?
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के नेतृत्व में संचालित इस अभियान के अंतर्गत शिविरों में आयुष्मान भारत, पेंशन, प्रमाण पत्र, मनरेगा, पोषण, आधार कार्ड तथा स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं सहित कई विभागों की योजनाएं एक ही छत के नीचे उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं।

आयुष्मान भारत योजना में अब तक 5632 लाभुकों ने गोल्डन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन दिया, जिनमें से 5109 लोगों को शिविर स्थल पर ही कार्ड सौंपे गए।
जाति प्रमाण पत्र हेतु 3095 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 2132 प्रमाण पत्र उसी दिन वितरित कर दिए गए।
पेंशन योजनाओं — वृद्धावस्था, विधवा व दिव्यांग — के लिए 4603 नागरिकों ने आवेदन किया, जिनमें से 2838 को तत्काल स्वीकृति दी गई।

मनरेगा और आधार सेवाओं में भी बड़ी भागीदारी
मनरेगा के तहत 7315 ग्रामीणों ने रोजगार के लिए आवेदन किया, जिनमें से 5726 लोगों को जॉब कार्ड उपलब्ध कराया गया।
आधार कार्ड निर्माण और सुधार के लिए 3061 नागरिकों ने आवेदन दिए, जिनमें से 2398 कार्यों का निष्पादन मौके पर ही किया गया।

स्वास्थ्य और पोषण सेवाओं को भी प्राथमिकता
सिकल सेल एनीमिया के बढ़ते प्रभाव को देखते हुए अभियान के तहत 13727 लोगों की स्वास्थ्य जांच की गई, जिससे संभावित मरीजों को आगे की देखभाल हेतु चिह्नित किया जा सका।
वहीं, पोषण अभियान के अंतर्गत 2090 लोगों को पोषण सेवाएं प्रदान की गईं और अन्नप्राशन व गोदभराई जैसे पारंपरिक आयोजन भी किए गए।

अभियान की खास बातें

• प्रत्येक शिविर में बहुविभागीय उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।
• शिविरों के दौरान योजनाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी के साथ आवेदन भी लिए जा रहे हैं।
• कई सेवाएं जैसे प्रमाण पत्र, पेंशन, स्वास्थ्य कार्ड आदि नागरिकों को तत्काल उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं, जिससे पारदर्शिता और सेवा की गति को बल मिल रहा है।

उपायुक्त का बयान
प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “यह अभियान केवल योजनाओं के लाभ वितरण का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि समुदायों में विश्वास और अधिकार की भावना जगाने का एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास है। हम यह सुनिश्चित कर रहे हैं कि कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति योजना से वंचित न रहे।”

अभी जारी है अभियान
यह अभियान 15 जुलाई 2025 तक जिले के चिन्हित गाँवों में जारी रहेगा। विशेष रूप से जनजातीय क्षेत्रों को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है ताकि सरकारी सेवाएं अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँचे।

‘धरती आबा जनजातीय जागृत अभियान’ गुमला जिले में सुशासन और सेवा वितरण की दिशा में एक सशक्त पहल बनकर उभरा है, जिसने जनता और प्रशासन के बीच भरोसे की एक मजबूत कड़ी तैयार की है।
