जनता से सीधा संवाद: गुमला में उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, 40 से अधिक मामलों पर हुई सुनवाई

गुमला, झारखंड | जनहित से जुड़े मुद्दों के त्वरित समाधान को प्राथमिकता देते हुए गुमला समाहरणालय में सोमवार को साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित इस बैठक में जिले भर से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं प्रस्तुत कीं, जिन पर मौके पर ही संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए।

किसने क्या रखा मुद्दा?
बैठक में विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए करीब 40 आवेदकों ने भूमि विवाद, सीमांकन, सरकारी सहायता, रोजगार, राशन डीलर अनुज्ञप्ति की बहाली, मुआवजा भुगतान, आर्थिक सहायता, मानदेय भुगतान, अनुकंपा नियुक्ति और शिक्षा संबंधी समस्याएं साझा कीं।

भागीडेरा गांव का बिजली पोल बना चिंता का विषय
कोनबीर पंचायत के भागीडेरा गांव के ग्रामीणों ने एक जर्जर 33 हजार वोल्ट के पोल की शिकायत की, जिस पर अतिरिक्त 11 हजार वोल्ट का तार जोड़ा गया है। ग्रामीणों का कहना था कि इस गंभीर स्थिति के संबंध में कई बार विभागीय शिकायत दी गई, लेकिन अब तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। उपायुक्त को दिए गए आवेदन में पोल को तत्काल हटवाने की मांग की गई।

आवासीय विद्यालयों में खाद्य आपूर्ति में अनियमितता
कस्तूरबा गांधी आवासीय विद्यालय एवं झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय में चावल की आपूर्ति को लेकर वेंडर पर अनियमितता बरतने के आरोप लगाए गए। इस पर उपायुक्त ने अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला को जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

विद्यालय भवन की जर्जर स्थिति पर चिंता
कुरूमगढ़ के राजकीय बुनियादी उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय की जर्जर भवन स्थिति और चारदीवारी की कमी की शिकायतें भी सामने आईं। बताया गया कि बरसात के मौसम में छत से पानी रिसता है जिससे बच्चों की पढ़ाई बाधित होती है। उपायुक्त ने इस पर जिला परिषद को तत्काल मरम्मत हेतु प्राक्कलन तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त का स्पष्ट संदेश
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा,

“जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस प्रशासन और जनता के बीच एक प्रभावशाली संवाद सेतु है। सभी समस्याओं पर संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्रवाई की जाएगी। यह मंच नागरिकों को न केवल अपनी बात कहने का अवसर देता है, बल्कि समाधान की दिशा में एक सक्रिय पहल भी है।”

इस साप्ताहिक आयोजन ने एक बार फिर साबित किया कि प्रशासन नागरिकों की समस्याओं के प्रति गंभीर और प्रतिबद्ध है। गुमला जिला प्रशासन जन सहभागिता को बढ़ावा देते हुए पारदर्शी एवं उत्तरदायी शासन की ओर अग्रसर है।
