गुमला में “धरती आबा जनजातीय जागृति अभियान” से बदली तस्वीर, 62 हज़ार से अधिक PVTG नागरिकों को मिला योजनाओं का लाभ

गुमला जिले में विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूह (PVTG) के सशक्तिकरण के लिए “धरती आबा जनजातीय जागृति अभियान” पिछले एक माह से ज़ोरशोर से चलाया जा रहा है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के नेतृत्व में यह अभियान दूरदराज़ और योजनाओं से वंचित क्षेत्रों तक सरकारी सेवाएं पहुँचाने का प्रयास है, जिसमें अब तक 62,000 से अधिक PVTG नागरिकों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ मिल चुका है।

समावेशी विकास की ओर ठोस क़दम
गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा यह अभियान केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार की प्राथमिकताओं के अनुरूप शुरू किया गया है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने स्पष्ट किया कि इसका उद्देश्य केवल सरकारी योजनाओं का वितरण नहीं, बल्कि शासन को लोगों के द्वार तक पहुँचाना है। अभियान की प्रमुख प्राथमिकता उन समुदायों तक पहुँचना है जो अब तक शासन की मुख्यधारा से दूर रहे हैं।

678 से अधिक विशेष शिविरों का आयोजन
अब तक इस अभियान के तहत 678 विशेष शिविर आयोजित किए जा चुके हैं और औसतन 40 शिविर प्रतिदिन आयोजित हो रहे हैं। इन शिविरों के माध्यम से अब तक 216 गांवों में सक्रिय पहुंच बनाई गई है, जिनमें 146 ऐसे गांव भी हैं जो पूरी तरह से PVTG बहुल हैं।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का समावेश
इन शिविरों में योजनाओं के लाभ के साथ-साथ स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं भी प्रदान की जा रही हैं। अब तक 4,095 PVTG नागरिकों की सिकल सेल एनीमिया की स्क्रीनिंग की जा चुकी है। साथ ही सामान्य स्वास्थ्य जांच और प्राथमिक उपचार की सेवाएँ भी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं।

जिन गांवों में पहले कभी शिविर नहीं लगे थे, वहाँ भी पहुँचा प्रशासन
हेल्ता, आदर, सारंगो, तुशगांव, खड़का, रामपुर, जर्जटा, नाथपुर और जरदा जैसे दुर्गम इलाकों में पहली बार योजनाओं से जुड़ा शिविर लगाया गया। इससे यह साबित हुआ कि प्रशासन अब केवल केंद्रों में सीमित नहीं, बल्कि जनता के बीच सक्रिय है।

उपायुक्त का वक्तव्य:
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा,

“हमारा प्रयास है कि अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुँचे। धरती आबा अभियान केवल सेवा वितरण नहीं, बल्कि एक भरोसे का पुल है जो सरकार और आमजन के बीच संवाद कायम करता है।”

उन्होंने बताया कि अभियान के बाद भी निरंतर संवाद जारी रहेगा ताकि लोगों को बिना बाधा लाभ मिल सके। प्रत्येक सोमवार और शुक्रवार को जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, प्रखंडों में अंचल दिवस, मासिक थाना दिवस और जनसुनवाई शिविरों का आयोजन भी नियमित किया जा रहा है।

त्वरित समाधान का निर्देश
अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि शिविरों में प्राप्त आवेदनों का समाधान यथासंभव वहीं किया जाए, जिससे आमजन को बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें।

“धरती आबा जनजातीय जागृति अभियान” केवल एक सरकारी योजना नहीं, बल्कि गुमला प्रशासन की संवेदनशीलता, प्रतिबद्धता और समावेशी शासन की मिसाल है। यह अभियान साबित करता है कि जब शासन लोगों के द्वार पर आता है, तब सामाजिक बदलाव की बुनियाद और भी मजबूत होती है।
