विभावि में हुआ स्टार्टअप मीट, युवाओं ने साझा किए नवाचार और उद्यमिता के अनुभव

भावे विश्वविद्यालय, हजारीबाग के छात्रों द्वारा शुक्रवार को विश्वविद्यालय कैंपस स्थित ‘आहार’ कैंटीन परिसर में एक प्रेरणादायक स्टार्टअप मीट का आयोजन किया गया। वेब मंथन–वीबीयूनेशन के तहत टेक सोसाइटी द्वारा आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में उन छात्र-छात्राओं को आमंत्रित किया गया जो विश्वविद्यालय से जुड़े रहे हैं और आज विभिन्न सफल स्टार्टअप का संचालन कर रहे हैं।

सफल स्टार्टअप्स के संस्थापकों ने छात्रों को दिए मार्गदर्शन के सूत्र
कार्यक्रम में शामिल प्रमुख स्टार्टअप उद्यमियों में टेकीज़ गेटवे के संस्थापक राजीव, ओ.जी फार्म्स और विद्या विशारद विद्यालय के संस्थापक अविनय राज, ‘नई नारी’ ब्रांड की संस्थापक ऋषिका दीप, एड-टेक प्लेटफ़ॉर्म 4स्टडी पावर के संतोष और सॉफ्टवेयर फर्म रितलैब के सर्वेश शामिल थे। इन सभी ने अपने उद्यम के निर्माण, संघर्ष, वित्तीय प्रबंधन और विस्तार की प्रक्रिया को छात्रों से साझा किया।

पॉडकास्ट शैली में संवाद: छात्रों की जिज्ञासा ने जोड़ा उत्साह
कार्यक्रम को पॉडकास्ट शैली में आयोजित किया गया जिसकी मेज़बानी शौर्या श्री और आदर्श ने की। इस फॉर्मेट ने न केवल आयोजन को संवादात्मक और जीवंत बनाए रखा बल्कि छात्रों को खुले मन से प्रश्न पूछने का अवसर भी दिया।

विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन और उद्योग जगत का सहयोग
यूसेट की प्लेसमेंट अधिकारी डॉ. अर्चना रीना धान मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहीं। उन्होंने छात्रों की पहल की सराहना करते हुए उन्हें हरसंभव सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया। टीवीएस ऑटोमोबाइल से जिज्ञांसु राय विशेष अतिथि के रूप में मौजूद रहे। उन्होंने ऑटोमोबाइल उद्योग की संभावनाओं पर प्रकाश डाला और छात्रों को करियर की दिशा में मार्गदर्शन दिया।

आयोजन की सफलता में टीम भावना का योगदान
वेब मंथन सोसाइटी के अध्यक्ष नवीन कुमार ने बताया कि ऐसे आयोजन लगातार होते रहेंगे ताकि स्टार्टअप संस्कृति को प्रोत्साहन मिले। कार्यक्रम की सफलता में कोर टीम के सदस्य—आदर्श, अमन, अविनय, शौर्या, स्पर्धा ऋषव, शगुफ्ता, मिश्कात और इरफान की भूमिका अहम रही।

विभावि में आयोजित यह स्टार्टअप मीट केवल एक कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि युवाओं को नवाचार, नेतृत्व और आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर प्रेरित करने वाला एक सशक्त मंच था। छात्रों के चेहरों पर मुस्कान और तालियों की गूंज इस बात की पुष्टि थी कि यह पहल उनके लिए न केवल उपयोगी रही, बल्कि उनके भीतर कुछ नया करने का संकल्प भी जगा गई।
