पुग्गू पंचायत में सरकारी योजनाओं का निरीक्षण, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी ने दीं पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने की हिदायतें

गुमला जिले की पुग्गू पंचायत में शुक्रवार को जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी प्रीतिलता किस्कू ने विभिन्न सरकारी संस्थानों का औचक निरीक्षण किया। यह निरीक्षण उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार संचालित उस मुहिम का हिस्सा था, जिसके तहत जिलेभर में जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की पारदर्शिता और प्रभावशीलता को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नियमित जांच की जा रही है।

आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र पर पोषण और स्वच्छता पर विशेष ज़ोर
पुग्गू खास स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र के निरीक्षण के दौरान पदाधिकारी ने बच्चों की उपस्थिति, पोषण आहार की गुणवत्ता, टीकाकरण की स्थिति, साफ-सफाई और संसाधनों की उपलब्धता का गहन मूल्यांकन किया। सेविका-सहायिका को निर्देश दिए गए कि वे बच्चों को नियमित पोषण आहार दें और स्वच्छता बनाए रखें।

विद्यालय में छात्रों की उपस्थिति और मिड-डे मील की समीक्षा
राजकीयकृत उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय, घासीटोली पुग्गू का निरीक्षण करते हुए छात्र-छात्राओं की उपस्थिति, शिक्षकों की उपलब्धता, मध्याह्न भोजन की व्यवस्था और अन्य आधारभूत सुविधाओं का जायजा लिया गया।

पीडीएस दुकानों की गहन जांच
पब्लिक डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन सिस्टम (PDS) के तहत तारावती देवी और सावित्री देवी द्वारा संचालित राशन दुकानों की समीक्षा की गई। निरीक्षण में राशन भंडारण, लाभुकों की सूची, स्टॉक पंजी और पीओएस मशीन की कार्यप्रणाली की जांच की गई। राशन डीलरों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया गया कि राशन का वितरण बिना देरी और पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ किया जाए।

आयुष्मान आरोग्य केंद्र का मूल्यांकन
आयुष्मान भारत योजना के अंतर्गत संचालित आरोग्य मंदिर, पुग्गू का निरीक्षण करते हुए पदाधिकारी ने उपलब्ध दवाओं, उपचार सामग्री और बुनियादी सुविधाओं की स्थिति जानी। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वे मरीजों को समय पर और गुणवत्ता युक्त सेवा प्रदान करें।

मनरेगा के तहत बागवानी परियोजना की समीक्षा
अंत में मनरेगा योजना के अंतर्गत अभिजीत तेजपाल बाड़ा द्वारा 50 डिसमिल भूमि पर चल रही आम की बागवानी का निरीक्षण किया गया। जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी ने कार्यस्थल की स्थिति, पौधों की देखरेख और श्रमिकों की भागीदारी की जानकारी ली तथा परियोजना से जुड़े अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

गुमला प्रशासन द्वारा चलाया जा रहा यह निरीक्षण अभियान जिले की विकास योजनाओं को धरातल पर उतारने और योजनाओं के लाभ वास्तविक लाभुकों तक पहुँचाने की दिशा में एक सशक्त प्रयास है। जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी का यह दौरा न केवल योजनाओं की स्थिति का आकलन था, बल्कि जिम्मेदार तंत्र को और अधिक सजग व संवेदनशील बनाने की कोशिश भी थी।
