सरकारी स्कूलों में 18 से 26 जुलाई तक चलेगा विशेष सफाई अभियान

गुमला — झारखंड के गुमला जिले में लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण सरकारी विद्यालयों की छतों और परिसरों में जलजमाव और गंदगी की समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर 18 जुलाई से 26 जुलाई 2025 तक विशेष साफ-सफाई अभियान चलाया जाएगा।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो और जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने संयुक्त रूप से सभी सरकारी स्कूलों के प्रधानाध्यापकों, बीआरपी, सीआरपी, कनीय अभियंता, बीईओ और बीपीओ को निर्देशित किया है कि इस अवधि में विद्यालय भवनों, छतों और परिसर की गहन सफाई सुनिश्चित की जाए।

अभियान के तहत किए जाने वाले प्रमुख कार्य:

1. छत की सफाई: सभी विद्यालयों की छतों से काई, जलजमाव और गंदगी को हटाना अनिवार्य किया गया है।
2. जल निकासी की व्यवस्था: बारिश के पानी की अवरोधमुक्त निकासी के लिए प्रभावी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
3. दैनिक सफाई: परिसर की रोजाना सफाई और कचरे का सुरक्षित निपटान किया जाएगा।
4. झाड़ियों की छंटाई: परिसर में उग आई झाड़ियों और पौधों की नियमित कटाई की जाएगी।
5. दीवारों और कक्षों की सफाई: भवन की बाहरी दीवारों व कक्षों की भी पूरी सफाई की जाएगी ताकि किसी प्रकार की फिसलन या संक्रमण न फैले।

जियो टैग फोटो अनिवार्य

सभी अधिकारियों और विद्यालय प्रभारियों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि हर दिन किए गए कार्यों की जियो टैग युक्त फोटो अनिवार्य रूप से जिला कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराई जाए, ताकि कार्य की निगरानी और मूल्यांकन सुनिश्चित हो सके।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह अभियान बच्चों की सुरक्षा और स्वास्थ्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए चलाया जा रहा है, और इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
