गुमला — झारखंड के गुमला जिले में नवभारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम को प्रभावी रूप से लागू करने के लिए शिक्षा विभाग ने व्यापक पहल शुरू कर दी है। जिला स्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक में मिले दिशा-निर्देशों के बाद जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने सभी सरकारी और सहायता प्राप्त अल्पसंख्यक विद्यालयों को विशेष आदेश जारी किए हैं।
जारी निर्देशों के अनुसार, प्रत्येक विद्यालय को अपने पोषक क्षेत्र में 15 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के असाक्षर नागरिकों की पहचान के लिए सर्वेक्षण करना होगा, जिसे 10 दिनों के भीतर पूरा करना अनिवार्य है। चिन्हित असाक्षरों को संबंधित स्वयंसेवकों के साथ टैग किया जाएगा, ताकि उन्हें जन शिक्षा कार्यक्रम से जोड़ा जा सके।
“जन चेतना केंद्र” होंगे स्थापित
प्रत्येक विद्यालय में “जन चेतना केंद्र” की स्थापना की जाएगी, जहां सुविधाजनक समय पर असाक्षरों के लिए साक्षरता कक्षाएं चलाई जाएंगी। जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सर्वेक्षण की ऑनलाइन एंट्री अनिवार्य रूप से की जानी होगी। यदि किसी विद्यालय क्षेत्र में अब कोई असाक्षर नहीं है, तो प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा।
निर्धारित समयसीमा
- सर्वेक्षण पूर्ण करने की अंतिम तिथि: 26 जुलाई 2025
- साक्षरता कक्षाओं की शुरुआत: जुलाई माह के अंत तक
दिए गए निर्देशों में यह भी उल्लेख किया गया है कि इस कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर गंभीरता से लिया जाए, ताकि शत-प्रतिशत साक्षरता के लक्ष्य को समयबद्ध तरीके से प्राप्त किया जा सके।
