खेल को प्रोत्साहन की पहल: हजारीबाग सांसद ने विश्वविद्यालय को भेंट की खेल किट

हजारीबाग: हजारीबाग लोकसभा क्षेत्र के सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने शुक्रवार को विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय का दौरा कर खेल गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक अहम पहल की। उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन को दो संपूर्ण स्पोर्ट्स किट भेंट की, जिसमें फुटबॉल, क्रिकेट, वॉलीबॉल और बैडमिंटन से संबंधित सामग्री शामिल है।

यह वितरण नुमालीगढ़ रिफाइनरी लिमिटेड (एनआरएल) की कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व (CSR) योजना के तहत किया जा रहा है, जिसके अंतर्गत हजारीबाग लोकसभा क्षेत्र के छह शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में कुल 12 स्पोर्ट्स किट्स प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इस पहल का उद्देश्य छात्रों को खेल के प्रति प्रोत्साहित कर उनके मानसिक और शारीरिक विकास के साथ-साथ नशामुक्त जीवनशैली को बढ़ावा देना है।

विश्वविद्यालय में खेल गतिविधियां होंगी सशक्त

कुलपति प्रो. चंद्रभूषण शर्मा को किट सौंपने के बाद सांसद जायसवाल ने कहा, “विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में खेल से जुड़ी आधारभूत संरचना होने के बावजूद गतिविधियां अपेक्षाकृत कम हैं। ऐसे में यह प्रयास छात्रों को मैदान से जोड़ने और उनकी प्रतिभा को निखारने की दिशा में एक सकारात्मक कदम है।”

उन्होंने कहा कि जिन छह शिक्षण संस्थानों को स्पोर्ट्स किट दी जा रही है, उनमें +2 उच्च विद्यालय विष्णुगढ़, एस.एस. +2 पतरातू, एस.एस. +2 गोला और यूजीजी +2 दुलमी जैसे स्कूल शामिल हैं।

कुलपति ने जताया आभार, की भविष्य की योजना पर चर्चा

स्पोर्ट्स किट प्राप्त करने के बाद कुलपति प्रो. चंद्रभूषण शर्मा ने सांसद का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा, “विश्वविद्यालय में खेल गतिविधियां पूर्व में काफी सक्रिय रही हैं। हालिया वर्षों में इसमें थोड़ी शिथिलता आई थी, लेकिन अब पुनः सक्रियता लाने का प्रयास हो रहा है। आने वाले छह माह में विश्वविद्यालय स्तर पर सभी खेल गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जाएगा।”

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय की टीम भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय संघ (AIU) की आगामी प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए तैयारी करेगी।

विश्वविद्यालय के विकास पर विस्तृत चर्चा

खेल किट वितरण के बाद सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने कुलपति से विश्वविद्यालय के समग्र विकास को लेकर गहन वार्ता की। इस दौरान उन्होंने शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों की कमी, संबद्ध कॉलेजों की गुणवत्ता, और अन्य बुनियादी जरूरतों पर भी चर्चा की।

कुलपति ने सांसद से आग्रह किया कि वे विश्वविद्यालय से संबंधित मुद्दों में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाएं और राज्य एवं केंद्र सरकार के स्तर पर भी समर्थन दिलाएं।

इस कार्यक्रम में विश्वविद्यालय के वित्त सलाहकार अखिलेश शर्मा, कुलसचिव डॉ. सादिक रज्जाक, वित्त पदाधिकारी डॉ. सुरेंद्र कुशवाहा, खेल निदेशक डॉ. रखोहरि, सांसद प्रतिनिधि डॉ. सुकल्याण मोइत्रा, मीडिया प्रतिनिधि रंजन चौधरी और भाजपा नेता किशोरी राणा सहित कई अधिकारी व जनप्रतिनिधि मौजूद रहे।
