देवघर डीसी ने जिला, अनुमंडल, प्रखंड व पंचायत स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाओं को बेहतर करने पर जोर दिया

देवघर: उपायुक्त सह जिला दण्डाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने शुक्रवार को स्वास्थ्य विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा के अलावा माताओं व बच्चों के लिए चलाये जा रहे विभिन्न टीकाकरण अभियान को शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण करने का निर्देश स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को दिया।

स्वास्थ्य समिति की बैठक में डीसी जिला, प्रखण्ड व पंचायत स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र एवं स्वास्थ्य उपकेन्द्र की व्यवस्थाओं एवं केन्द्रों में मिल रही स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति से अवगत हुए।

डीसी ने सीएस को दिए कई दिशा-निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने गर्भवती महिलाओं के पंजीकरण, एसआइवी जांच, ससमय आयरन की गोली देने, संस्थागत प्रसव व होम डिलीवरी, टीवी, वीएचएनडी कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश सिविल सर्जन को दिए। वहीं संस्थागत डिलीवरी बढ़ाने पर बल देते हुए उपायुक्त ने वैसे क्षेत्रों को चिंहित करने का निर्देश दिया है, जहां संस्थागत डिलीवरी का प्रतिशत कम है।

बैठक में गर्भवती महिलाओं का एएनसी शत-प्रतिशत करने और संस्थानों में ओपीडी व इमरजेंसी सेवाओं का सुदृढ़़ीकरण करने के अलावा सरकार द्वारा संचालित महत्वपूर्ण स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं का लाभ योग्य लाभुकों तक पहुंचाने का निर्देश दिया.

डीसी ने बेसिक मेडिकल केयर के लिए ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में चिकित्सकों व स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की आवश्यकता को चिन्हित करने का निर्देश सिविल सर्जन को दिया, ताकि आवश्यकता अनुसार चिकित्सकों व स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की नियुक्ति की जा सके।

डीसी ने पीएम-अभिम, सदर अस्पताल, अनुमंडल अस्पताल के साथ रक्त केंद्र के क्रियाकलापों की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक व उचित दिशा निर्देश दिया।

अधिकारी जमीनी स्तर पर काम करें

बैठक में डीसी ने पीसी-पीएनडीटी एक्ट-1994 से संबंधित जिला सलाहकार समिति की बैठक में संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य करें, ताकि पीसी-पीएनडीटी एक्ट के माध्यम से शिशु लिंग अनुपात में कमी को रोकने में मदद मिले और महिलाओं के सशक्तीकरण से जुड़े मुद्दों का समाधान हो।

बैठक में डीडीसी पीयूष सिन्हा, सिविल सर्जन, एसीएमओ, अस्पताल उपाधीक्षक,  डब्ल्यूएचओ के प्रतिनिधि, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, चिकित्सकों की टीम, सहायक जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी डीएमएफटी की टीम, सभी प्रखण्डों के प्रखण्ड चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, डीपीएम एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारी व कर्मी आदि उपस्थित थे।
