भारत की घेराबंदी के मिशन पर चीन, उनके डीएनए में दोस्ती है ही नहीं,50 फ़ीसदी टैरिफ के पीछे चायनीज़ कूटनीति

कोई माने या ना माने, पर यह सच है कि चीन के डीएनए में दोस्ती है ही नहीं. उससे दोस्ती की उम्मीद करना यानी देश को धोखा देना है। पहलगाम घटना के बाद चीन-पाक का रुख देश-विदेश के सामने है. भारतीय सीमा पर चीनी घुुसपैठ रोकने में पूरी तरह से विफल मोदी सरकार की विदेश नीति नाकाम साबित हुई है. कहा जाता है कि इसके लिए अक्षम विदेश मंत्री अपनी जिम्मेवारी निभाने में कई बार चूक कर चुके हैं. 

दरअसल, चीन ने पिछले 11-12 साल से भारत की घेरेबंदी करने के मिशन पर काम कर रहा है। उसने पिछले कुछ साल में भारत के लगभग सारे पड़ोसियों को भारत के खिलाफ कर दिया है। अब उसकी लिखी पटकथा पर राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप काम कर रहे हैं। 

भारत पर जो अतिरिक्त 50 फ़ीसदी टैरिफ लगाया गया है, उसके पीछे चायनीज़ कूटनीति काम कर रही है। सोचिए, रूस चीन से भारत से भी ज़्यादा क्रूड ऑइल ले रहा है। इतना ही नहीं वह अमेरिकी मर्जी के खिलाफ ईरान से भी गैस ले रहा है और दूसरे व्यापार कर रहा है, लेकिन ट्रंप के निशाने पर केवल भारत ही है। यह स्क्रिप्ट चीन की ओर से लिखी गई है।

पाक-चीन-अमेरिका की तिकड़ी में उलझ सकता है भारत

व्यापारिक आंकड़ों पर नज़र डालें तो स्पष्ट है कि चीन को भारत के साथ व्यापार में अधिक लाभ हुआ है। भारत की ओर निर्यात वृद्धि अपेक्षाकृत धीमी रही, जबकि आयात में तेज़ी से वृद्धि हुई, जिसके कारण भारत को भारी व्यापार घाटा झेलना पड़ा। इस दौरान चीन ने निर्यात बढ़ाया और इस व्यापारिक असंतुलन का फायदा उठाया। अब भारत को पाकिस्तान-चीन-अमेरिका की तिकड़ी को दुश्मन मानकर आगे बढ़ना है। अब तो चीन ने रूस के साथ भी बढ़िया तालमेल बैठा लिया है।

मास्को और बीजिंग एक-दूसरे के इतने क़रीब आ गए हैं कि भविष्य में अगर भारत का चीन के साथ क्लैश हुआ तो रूस खुलकर भारत के साथ बिल्कुल भी खड़ा नहीं होगा। यह स्थिति भारत के लिए भयावह है। मोदी सरकार की गलत नीतियों, जो अमेरिका की ओर झुक गई थीं, के चलते भारत ने सुरक्षा परिषद में अपना स्थायी दोस्त खो दिया है।
