गुमला, 23 सितंबर: गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित चांदली समाहरणालय सभागार में मंगलवार को जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने की। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और पंचायतों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं और शिकायतों से जुड़े आवेदन समर्पित किए।
बिजली कटने की शिकायत पर कार्रवाई
कार्यक्रम के दौरान घाघरा निवासी किरासी लोहारा ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि बिजली विभाग ने बिना पूर्व सूचना उनके घर की बिजली काट दी। इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उपायुक्त ने कार्यपालक अभियंता को तत्काल आवश्यक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया।
भूमि विवादों को लेकर निर्देश
जन शिकायत दिवस के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में भूमि विवाद से संबंधित आवेदन सामने आए। इन मामलों को त्वरित निपटारे के लिए उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को अंचल दिवस पर सूचीबद्ध करने का आदेश दिया, ताकि अंचल अधिकारी की मौजूदगी में सुनवाई हो सके।
सिकल सेल एनीमिया से पीड़ित बच्चों का मामला
जारी प्रखंड निवासी संतोष बड़ाइक ने बताया कि उनके दो छोटे बच्चे सिकल सेल एनीमिया से जूझ रहे हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि हाल ही में उन्हें पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग में SBMLG पद से हटा दिया गया था। उन्होंने रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने में प्रशासन से सहयोग की अपेक्षा जताई ताकि इलाज का खर्च वहन किया जा सके। उपायुक्त ने इस प्रकरण को गंभीर मानते हुए सिविल सर्जन गुमला को पत्र भेजकर बच्चों के सुरक्षित एवं समुचित उपचार की व्यवस्था करने का निर्देश जारी किया।
आम रास्ते पर दीवार खड़ी करने की शिकायत
खरका पंचायत के छोटा खटंगा ग्राम के ग्रामीणों ने आवेदन देकर बताया कि शंभु पांडेय और संजय पांडेय ने पक्की दीवार खड़ी कर आम रास्ते को बाधित कर दिया है। ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि इस मुद्दे पर पूर्व में भी शिकायत दी गई थी। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को तत्काल जांच कर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
तालाब जीर्णोद्धार की मांग
बासित गांव के संजीत सिंह ने आवेदन देकर बताया कि उनके गांव का तालाब जर्जर हो चुका है, जिससे 14–15 किसान प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने तालाब की मरम्मत की मांग रखी। उपायुक्त ने इस संबंध में संबंधित विभाग को जांच कर जल्द कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया।
सभी आवेदनों पर समयबद्ध समाधान का निर्देश
इस मौके पर विभिन्न योजनाओं और सेवाओं से जुड़ी शिकायतें भी सामने आईं। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि सभी आवेदनों की गंभीरता से जांच की जाए और उनका निष्पादन समयबद्ध एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
