गुमला : जिले में संचालित विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं की प्रगति को लेकर शुक्रवार को विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में हुई इस बैठक में राष्ट्रीय तंबाकू नियंत्रण, सिकल सेल एनीमिया, आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन, टीबी उन्मूलन, एनसीडी स्क्रीनिंग, मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य, मलेरिया-डेंगू-फाइलेरिया नियंत्रण, डायलिसिस सेवाओं सहित कई महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर चर्चा की गई।
प्रमुख उपलब्धियां और प्रगति

जिले में सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच 95% से अधिक पूर्ण हो चुकी है और माइग्रेटेड लोगों को भी शामिल कर जांच सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।

हेल्थ फैसिलिटी रजिस्ट्रेशन 100% (269 संस्थान) और डॉक्टर व नर्सों का पंजीकरण भी पूर्ण कर लिया गया है।

प्रधानमंत्री आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण में गुमला जिला राज्य में तीसरे स्थान पर है, अब तक 4,66,119 कार्ड बने हैं (53% प्रगति)।

एनसीडी स्क्रीनिंग में 93% लोगों की जांच पूरी की गई है।

मातृ स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम के तहत 92% गर्भवती महिलाओं की जांच की गई, सेवाओं को और बेहतर करने के लिए सहिया के सहयोग से मासिक कैलेंडर बनाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

विद्यालयों में अब तक 12,934 बच्चों का स्क्रीनिंग और 9,531 बच्चों का हीमोग्लोबिन जांच पूरा किया गया।
दिए गए निर्देश

टीबी उन्मूलन हेतु हर पंचायत में सभी नागरिकों का Sputum Test सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश।

मधुमेह और उच्च रक्तचाप से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को सही और अद्यतन करने पर बल।

आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर को NQAS असेसमेंट (द्वितीय चरण) हेतु विशेष तैयारी करने का सुझाव।

मलेरिया, डेंगू और फाइलेरिया रोकथाम उपायों को सघनता से लागू करने का आदेश।

डायलिसिस यूनिट व MTC बेड ऑक्युपेंसी दर में सुधार के लिए ठोस कार्ययोजना बनाने पर जोर।
प्रशासन का संदेश
बैठक के अंत में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश देते हुए कहा, “स्वास्थ्य विभाग की सभी योजनाएँ सीधे जनहित से जुड़ी हैं, इसलिए इन्हें समयबद्ध और पारदर्शिता के साथ पूर्ण किया जाना चाहिए। लक्ष्य यह होना चाहिए कि अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक इन योजनाओं का लाभ पहुँचे।”
