दुर्गा पूजा के पंडाल और तोरणद्वार 2 दिन में हटाने का प्रशासन का निर्देश, यातायात बाधा और हादसे की आशंका

रांची – दुर्गा पूजा समाप्त हुए पांच दिन बीतने के बावजूद शहर में कई जगह अस्थायी पंडाल, गेट और तोरणद्वार अब तक नहीं हटाए जाने पर जिला प्रशासन ने सख्त रुख अपनाया है। प्रशासन ने पूजा समितियों को दो दिनों के अंदर सभी संरचनाएं हटाने का निर्देश जारी किया है।जिला जनसंपर्क कार्यालय से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार दुर्गा पूजा 2025 का विसर्जन 3 अक्टूबर को संपन्न हो चुका है। इसके बाद भी कई स्थानों पर पंडाल और तोरणद्वार खड़े हैं, जिससे यातायात बाधित हो रहा है और दुर्घटनाओं की आशंका बनी हुई है।जिला प्रशासन का यह कदम झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के आलोक में उठाया गया है। अदालत ने 23 सितंबर 2025 को W.P. (PIL) No. 4838/2025 में निर्देश दिया था कि पूजा समाप्ति के बाद सभी अस्थायी संरचनाएं हटाकर स्थल को पूर्ववत समतल किया जाए।प्रशासन ने सभी पूजा समितियों के अध्यक्ष और सचिव से अपील की है कि वे सार्वजनिक सुविधा और यातायात सुचारू रखने के लिए निर्धारित समय में पंडाल, गेट और तोरणद्वार को हटा दें तथा स्थान को सुव्यवस्थित कर दें। जन शिकायत के लिए नागरिक रांची जिला प्रशासन के आधिकारिक व्हाट्सएप नंबर 9430328080 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
