डाटा चाय से भी अगर सस्ता है और बिहार के युवा रील बना-बना कर कमा रहे हैं…इसका मतलब…मोदी और शाह बिहारियों को महामूर्ख समझते हैं…!

बिहार के चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान मोदी और शाह जिस तरह का भाषण दे रहे हैं और जिस तरह बिहारी वोटरों को पटाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, उसे देख और सुन कर तो यही लगता है कि वे बिहारियों को महामूर्ख समझते हैं. और जिस तरह उनके जुमलों पर उनके भक्त वोटर ताली बजाते हैं, इससे लगता है कि वे ठीक ही समझते हैं.

वे कहते हैं कि बिहार को अग्रणी राज्य बनायेंगे और उसे पहचान देंगे. जिन लोगों ने दो दशकों के शासन में बिहार का विकास नहीं किया, वे अब फिर झांसा दे रहे हैं कि अगली पारी में वे यह सब कर देंगे. और बिहार क्या किसी पहचान का मोहताज है?

दुनिया के श्रेष्ठतम सम्राटों में से एक अशोक इसी राज्य में पैदा हुए. पाटलिपुत्र को उनकी गौरवशाली राजधानी होने का गौरव प्राप्त है. यह भी ध्यान में रखिये कि वह कोई सवर्ण सम्राट नहीं थे.

बुद्ध को बुद्धत्व की प्राप्ति यहीं हुई थी. उन्होंने जिस बौद्ध धर्म को जन्म दिया, वह भारतीय उपमहाद्धीप के अलावा चीन और जापान जैसे देशों का राजधर्म बना. नालंदा जैसा विश्व विख्यात शिक्षा का केंद्र इसी बिहार में है. और वह शिक्षा का ऐसा केंद्र नहीं था जहां सिर्फ सामंत और राजकुल के बच्चे पढ़ते थे और जिसका गुरु द्रोणाचार्य जैसा व्यक्ति होता था जो वंचित जमात के छात्र से गुरुदक्षिणा में अंगूठा ही मांग लेता था.

आजादी की जंग में चंपारण मील का पत्थर है जहां से गांधी के सत्याग्रह और असहयोग आंदोलन की शुरुआत हुई थी. आजादी के बाद भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जेपी के नेतृत्व में चला शांतिमय आंदोलन ने पूरे देश को अपने प्रभाव में ले लिया था. मंडल राजनीति का केंद्र यही बिहार रहा जिसने सत्ता पर सवर्णों के वर्चस्व को हमेशा के लिए खत्म कर दिया.

 आत्महीनता का शिकार बिहार

और उस बिहार को पहचान देने की बात करते हैं मोदी और शाह. और यदि इस पर तालियां बजती है तो यही न कहा जायेगा कि बिहार आत्महीनता का शिकार हो गया है?

करीबन 13 करोड़ से कुछ अधिक आबादी वाले राज्य में 8.25 करोड़ लोग मुफ्त राशन के मोहताज हैं. दो करोड़ बिहारी राज्य से जीविका के लिए पलायन करते हैं, और वे कहते हैं कि उन्होंने बिहार का विकास किया है. यदि विकास किया है डबल इंजन की सरकार ने तो नीति आयोग की पिछली रिपोर्ट में बिहार सबसे निचले पायदान पर क्यों है? बहुसंख्यक आबादी की मासिक आमदनी 6000 रुपये से कम क्यों हैं?

कितनी अच्छी थी बिहार में उच्च शिक्षा की स्थिति. गंगा के मनोरम तट पर बना साईंस कालेज, बीएन कालेज, मगध महिला कालेज, पटना विमेंस कालेज. जहां शिक्षा का वातावरण कितना समुन्नत था. वहां पढ़ना गौरव की बात समझी जाती थी. किस गति को पहुंचा दिया है इन लोगों ने और अब आईटी हब तो एआई का केंद्र राज्य को बनाने की बात करते हैं. यानी, धड़ और पैर गायब, शरीर के विकास की बात करते हैं. और जनता, भक्त और खास का मिडिल क्लास उस पर यकीन करता है?

यदि बिहारियों की मूर्खता का उन्हें यकीन नहीं होता तो मोदी क्या यह कहने का साहस करते कि देखो मैंने डाटा चाय से भी सस्ता कर दिया और बिहार के युवा रील बना बना कर कमा रहे हैं. तो, बिहारी वोटरों के इसी प्रचंड मूर्खता पर भरोसा कर वे एक बार फिर चुनाव में जीत का दावा कर रहे हैं.
