”बढ़ती भ्रामक सूचनाओं के बीच प्रेस की विश्वसनीयता का संरक्षण” विषय पर देवघर में सेमिनार, डीसी ने जिले के पत्रकार बन्धुओं को किया सम्मानित
देवघर : राष्ट्रीय प्रेस दिवस को लेकर बुधवार को उपायुक्त सह जिला दण्डाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में ”बढ़ती भ्रामक सूचनाओं के बीच प्रेस की विश्वसनीयता का संरक्षण” विषय पर देवघर परिसदन सभागार में सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के सभी प्रिंट, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक व सोशल मीडिया के ब्यूरो चीफ के अलावा कई पत्रकारगण शामिल थे।
कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने कहा कि आज के कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित सभी पत्रकारों को राष्ट्रीय पत्रकारिता दिवस की बेहद शुभकामनाएं और जोहार। उन्होंने कहा कि समाज को सशक्त करने में एवं लोकतंत्र को मजबूती प्रदान करने में आपका अहम योगदान है, जिसे कभी भी भुलाया नहीं जा सकता है। राष्ट्रीय प्रेस दिवस, 16 नवम्बर, भारत में स्वतंत्र एवं जिम्मेदार प्रेस का प्रतीक है। इसी दिन भारतीय प्रेस परिषद् ने यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक नैतिक प्रहरी के रूप में कार्य करना आरंभ किया कि प्रेस न केवल एक शक्तिशाली माध्यम के रूप में अपेक्षित उच्च स्तर बनाये रखे, बल्कि यह किन्हीं बाह्य कारकों से प्रभावित या खतरों से अवरुद्ध न हो।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज के दौर में पत्रकारिता काफी चैलेंजिंग है, दिन प्रतिदिन पत्रकारों को काफी मुश्किलों का सामना करते हुए अपने कार्यों का निर्वहन करना पड़ता है। इसके अलावा जिला प्रशासन एवं मीडिया में सामंजस्य स्थापित करना आपकी प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।
उपायुक्त ने पत्रकारिता को लोकतंत्र के चौथे स्तंभ के रूप में संदर्भित किया, जो सरकार के तीन अन्य स्तंभों- विधायिका, कार्यपालिका और न्यायपालिका के बराबर महत्व रखता है। उपायुक्त ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि पत्रकारिता सत्ता में बैठे लोगों को जवाबदेह ठहराने और सरकार में पारदर्शिता लाने में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि आज के दौर में खबरों की निष्पक्षता और तथ्यों की सत्यता की जांच जरूरी है।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि आर्टिकल 21 निष्पक्ष पत्रकारिता को परिभाषित करता है। उपायुक्त ने सभी पत्रकार बंधुओं से अनुरोध किया कि आप सभी निष्पक्ष पत्रकारिता करें एवं खबरों की आड़ में भ्रामक खबरे को बढ़ावा ना दें तथा एसओपी का अनुपालन जरूर करें। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि भ्रामक खबरों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए आप सभी को ही आगे आना होगा, क्योंकि आज के दौर में सोशल मीडिया साइट्स पर बिना खबरों की सत्यता की जांच किए हुए बिना खबर लगा दिये जाते हैं। समाज के अंतिम छोर तक खबरें पहुंचती है, इसलिए खबरों की सत्यता की जांच अवश्य कर ले, फिर खबरों को प्रसारित करें।
उन्होंने कहा कि ब्रेकिंग न्यूज की आड़ में किसी की व्यक्तिगत चरित्र का हनन न करें, अपने अधिकार के आलोक में किसी अन्य के अधिकार का हनन न हो, यह भी ध्यान रखें। क्योंकि लोग अखबार को पढ़ते हैं, आपकी खबरों पर विश्वास करते हैं। सबका फंडामेंटल राइट का ध्यान रखें।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी राहुल कुमार भारती ने प्रेस बंधुओं को राष्ट्रीय पत्रकारिता दिवस की शुभकामनाएं एवं बधाई दी। देश की आजादी से लेकर वर्तमान समय में पत्रकारों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज के कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित सभी पत्रकारों को मैं जिला प्रशासन की ओर से कृतज्ञता प्रकट करता हूं। आप लोग समाज में एक सेतु की तरह कार्य करते हैं। लोकतंत्र को सशक्त एवं मजबूती प्रदान करने में आपकी अहम भूमिका है।
इसके अलावा अपर समाहर्ता हीरा कुमार ने कहा कि आज का दिन आप सभी के साथ साथ हम सभी के लिए भी बेहद खास है। लोकतंत्र एवं समाज के निर्माण तथा गांव-गांव तक विकास योजनाओं को पहुंचाने और लोगों को जागरूक करने में आप सभी का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होता है। पत्रकारिता के दौर में निष्पक्ष पत्रकारिता का काफी महत्वपूर्ण रोल है, जिस को ध्यान में रखकर आपको आगे बढ़ना चाहिए।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपायुक्त सह जिला दण्डाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने जिला जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी राहुल कुमार भारती, सहायक जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी रोहित कुमार विद्यार्थी के साथ-साथ विभिन्न संस्थानों के पत्रकार बंधुओं को शॉल देकर सम्मानित किया। कार्यक्रम में सहायक जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी रोहित कुमार विद्यार्थी, प्रिंट एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के ब्यूरो चीफ के अलावा सभी पत्रकार बंधु एवं संबंधित विभाग के कर्मी आदि उपस्थित थे।
