अंचल दिवस का सफल आयोजन, 120 में से 105 आवेदनों का त्वरित निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आज शनिवार को गुमला सदर प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक ने की। नागरिकों द्वारा कुल 120 आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए गए, जिनमें से 105 आवेदनों का मौके पर ही त्वरित निष्पादन किया गया, जबकि शेष आवेदनों पर नियमानुसार जांच व आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

इस दौरान पारिवारिक एवं आश्रित सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 16 आवेदनों का पूर्ण निष्पादन हुआ। पंजी-2 सुधार से जुड़े 62 मामलों में 55 आवेदनों पर समाधान प्रदान किया गया, शेष सात प्रकरण प्रकिया में हैं। दाखिल-खारिज के कुल पाँच मामले प्राप्त हुए जो जांचोपरांत निष्पादित किए जाएंगे। भू-धारण प्रमाण पत्र के लिए प्राप्त 11 आवेदनों का उसी समय निष्पादन किया गया। पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC NCL) के 11 आवेदनों का भी तत्परता से निष्पादन किया गया। उपायुक्त जनता दरबार से प्राप्त 15 आवेदनों में से 13 मामलों में त्वरित समाधान उपलब्ध कराया गया।

अपर समाहर्ता ने अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर प्रत्येक लाभुक की समस्या को ध्यानपूर्वक सुना तथा संबंधित विभागों को ऑन-द-स्पॉट कार्रवाई करते हुए सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया। नागरिकों की सुविधा को प्राथमिकता में रखते हुए प्रमाण पत्र, भूमि संबंधी प्रकरण, जन समस्याओं एवं विभिन्न योजनाओं से जुड़े आवेदनों के समाधान पर विशेष बल दिया गया। मौके पर लाभुकों के बीच परिसंपत्ति का भी वितरण किया गया।

अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन का लक्ष्य है कि किसी भी नागरिक को आवश्यक सेवाओं के लिए इंतजार न करना पड़े। अंचल दिवस जैसे कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से प्रयास किया जा रहा है कि अधिक से अधिक अंचल सम्बंधित आवेदनों का तुरंत समाधान हो और कोई भी नागरिक निराश होकर वापस न जाए। उन्होंने बताया कि जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में इसी तरह अंचल दिवस का नियमित आयोजन किया जा रहा है, जिससे लोगों का विश्वास प्रशासन के प्रति और मजबूत हुआ है।

आज के कार्यक्रम में SDO सदर राजीव नीरज, LRDC गुमला राजीव कुमार, CO गुमला हरीश कुमार सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी और कर्मी उपस्थित रहे तथा सुनवाई प्रक्रिया को सुगम बनाने में अपना सहयोग दिया।
