DTO का शनिवार को ‘सरप्राइज चेक’: गुमला में एक दिन में 140 चालान, हेलमेट न पहनने वाले अभिभावकों पर हुई बड़ी कार्रवाई

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर गुमला प्रशासन की सख्ती चौथे दिन भी जारी रही। आज, शनिवार 06 दिसंबर 2025 को जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) बिल्कुल भी नरमी के मूड में नहीं दिखे। DTO दल-बल के साथ स्कूल छूटने के ठीक समय पर सिसई रोड स्थित स्कूलों के पास पहुँचे और भारी-भरकम जुर्माना लगाया।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जमां के संयुक्त निर्देश पर चले इस कठोर अभियान में कुल 140 लोगों का चालान हुआ, जिसमें वाहन चालक और बच्चों के अभिभावक दोनों शामिल हैं।

संत पैट्रिक और संत इग्नेशियस स्कूलों के अभिभावकों पर कार्रवाई
आज के अभियान में उन गाड़ियों को भी जांचा गया जो संत पैट्रिक और संत इग्नेशियस स्कूलों के बच्चों को ले जा रही थीं। नियमों की अनदेखी करने पर इन स्कूलों के बच्चों के गार्जियन को भी जुर्माना लगा।

चालकों की भागा-दौड़ी: DTO को देखकर अधिकतर वाहन चालक अपनी गाड़ियाँ छोड़कर छुप गए। अधिकारियों के रहते तक गाड़ियों तक उनके चालक नहीं पहुँचे। छुप-छुपाकर भागने वाले इन चालकों पर ऑनलाइन जुर्माना लगाया गया।

बच्चों को स्कूल जाने पर रोक: जिला परिवहन विभाग ने स्कूलों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि बच्चे किसी भी परिस्थिति में गाड़ी लेकर स्कूल न पहुँचें। यदि ऐसा होता है तो स्कूल प्रशासन को तुरंत ऐसे बच्चों का नाम और गाड़ी नंबर अधिकारियों को सूचित करना होगा।

बचना है मुश्किल, हेलमेट ही है एकमात्र रास्ता
DTO ने एक बार फिर दोहराया कि सुरक्षा नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों का बचना मुश्किल है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट संदेश दिया: “हेलमेट पहन लेना ही बचने का एकमात्र रास्ता है।”

सुरक्षा का संदेश: DTO ने सख्त लहजे में कहा कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन अब किसी भी तरह की ढिलाई बरतने के मूड में नहीं है।

जारी रहेगी लिस्टिंग: अधिकारियों ने बताया कि संत पैट्रिक और संत इग्नेशियस स्कूलों के बच्चों को ढोने वाली गाड़ियों की लिस्टिंग (सूचीकरण) जारी है और जांच से भागने वाले वाहन चालकों को पकड़ने के लिए रणनीति के तहत कार्य किया जा रहा है।

स्कूलों को चेतावनी दी गई है कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि बच्चों को लेकर चलने वाली सभी गाड़ियां लाइसेंस, बीमा, परमिट, फिटनेस जैसे आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ ही चलें, अन्यथा स्कूल प्रबंधन पर भी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
