DTO के सिसई दौरे पर हड़कंप: कॉलेज और स्कूल के पास ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई, 95 चालानों से ₹1.25 लाख वसूले

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रशासन का सघन जाँच अभियान लगातार जारी है। आज, सोमवार 08 दिसंबर 2025 को जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने सिसई क्षेत्र में दल-बल के साथ दौरा किया और मुख्य रूप से सिसई बीएन जालान कॉलेज तथा आस-पास के स्कूलों को निशाना बनाया। इस कठोर अभियान में 95 से अधिक लोगों पर जुर्माना लगाया गया और उनसे ₹1,25,000 (एक लाख पच्चीस हजार रुपए) का भारी भरकम जुर्माना वसूला गया।

उपायुक्त श्रीमती प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जमां के संयुक्त निर्देश पर चलाए गए इस अभियान ने नियम तोड़ने वाले वाहन चालकों में हड़कंप मचा दिया।
हेलमेट न पहनने वालों पर हुई बड़ी कार्रवाई

जांच अभियान का मुख्य फोकस दोपहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए हेलमेट की अनिवार्यता और चार पहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए सीट बेल्ट पर था।

चालानों की झड़ी: DTO को देखते ही अधिकतर वाहन चालक और बच्चों के अभिभावक अपनी गाड़ियाँ छोड़कर छुप गए। अधिकारियों के रहते तक गाड़ियों तक उनके चालक नहीं पहुँचे। छुप-छुपाकर भागने वाले इन चालकों पर ऑनलाइन जुर्माना लगाया गया।

सख्ती: DTO ने एक बार फिर दोहराया कि सुरक्षा नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों का बचना मुश्किल है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट संदेश दिया: ” हेलमेट पहन लेना ही बचने का एकमात्र रास्ता है। ”

कॉलेज और स्कूल छात्रों पर विशेष सख्ती
आज के अभियान में सिसई बीएन जालान महाविद्यालय के सामने भी कड़ी जांच की गई।

छात्रों के वाहन पर रोक: जिला परिवहन विभाग ने स्कूलों/कॉलेजों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि छात्र किसी भी परिस्थिति में गाड़ी लेकर संस्थान न पहुँचें। यदि ऐसा होता है तो प्रशासन को तुरंत ऐसे छात्रों का नाम और गाड़ी नंबर सूचित करना होगा।

नियमों के उल्लंघन के मुख्य मामले
जाँच अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न उल्लंघनों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई:

हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट: बिना हेलमेट के गाड़ी चलाना और सीट बेल्ट न लगाना।

अमान्य कागज़ात : ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, इंश्योरेंस, परमिट, पीयूसी और रोड टैक्स जैसे ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ों के बिना वाहन चलाना।

ओवरलोडिंग: बस, ट्रकों, हाइवा, टेंपो और पिकअप वाहनों में निर्धारित क्षमता से अधिक सामान लादना।

अनाधिकृत हॉर्न: प्रेशर हॉर्न और मल्टी-टोन हॉर्न का उपयोग।
स्कूलों को चेतावनी दी गई है कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि बच्चों को लेकर चलने वाली सभी गाड़ियां लाइसेंस, बीमा, परमिट, फिटनेस जैसे आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ ही चलें, अन्यथा स्कूल प्रबंधन पर भी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

जागरूकता पर जोर: DTO ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से चालकों को लापरवाही से होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं के गंभीर परिणामों के बारे में समझाया। इस सघन जाँच में सिसई थाना के सब इंस्पेक्टर अजय कुमार, और डीटीओ कार्यालय के कर्मी एवं सिसई थाना के पुलिस बल प्रमुख रूप से उपस्थित थे।
