जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय प्रवेश परीक्षा की तैयारी को लेकर गुमला में समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

गुमला: जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय प्रवेश परीक्षा के सफल, सुरक्षित और पारदर्शी आयोजन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से शनिवार को जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (DEO) कविता खलखो की अध्यक्षता में व्यापक समीक्षा सह रणनीति निर्धारण बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में नवोदय विद्यालय मसरिया, घाघरा के प्राचार्य एवं उनकी टीम, सभी क्षेत्र शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (AEO), प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (BEO), प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (BPO) तथा सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों के केंद्राधीक्षक सह प्रधानाध्यापक उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में प्रवेश परीक्षा संचालन की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। प्रश्नपत्र सुरक्षा, सेंटर-वार व्यवस्थाएं, विद्यार्थियों के प्रवेश सत्यापन, परीक्षा कक्ष अनुशासन, रियल-टाइम मॉनिटरिंग, समयबद्ध रिपोर्टिंग तथा निष्पक्ष परीक्षा संचालन के लिए आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण व दिशा-निर्देशों की गहन समीक्षा की गई।

DEO कविता खलखो ने सभी अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि परीक्षा की विश्वसनीयता सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि परीक्षा केंद्रों पर व्यवस्थाओं का सख्ती से पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि जिले में नवोदय परीक्षा संचालन का एक आदर्श मॉडल प्रस्तुत किया जा सके।

बैठक के दौरान एक सौहार्दपूर्ण क्षण भी देखने को मिला, जब नवोदय विद्यालय मसरिया, घाघरा के प्राचार्य ने DEO कविता खलखो को शॉल, स्मृति-चिन्ह और बुके भेंटकर सम्मानित किया। इसके साथ ही परीक्षा व्यवस्था में योगदान देने वाले सभी केंद्राधीक्षक, बीईओ–बीपीओ एवं अन्य शिक्षा अधिकारियों को भी सम्मानित किया गया। जिले के कई बीपीओ को शिक्षा संबंधित गतिविधियों में उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए प्रशस्ति-पत्र प्रदान किए गए, जिससे कार्यक्रम का माहौल प्रेरणादायी बन गया।

अंत में DEO ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों पर अनुशासन, पारदर्शिता और सुरक्षा उपायों का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि गुमला जिला नवोदय प्रवेश परीक्षा संचालन में राज्य स्तर पर एक मानक स्थापित कर सके।
