गुमला में ईवीएम वेयरहाउस का त्रैमासिक निरीक्षण एवं मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण बैठक आयोजित

गुमला: गुमला जिले में आज समाहरणालय चंदाली स्थित ईवीएम वेयरहाउस का त्रैमासिक निरीक्षण किया गया। यह निरीक्षण जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी–सह–उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के द्वारा किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान वेयरहाउस में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीनों (EVM) की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, रख-रखाव और अभिलेखों की अद्यतन स्थिति का विस्तृत अवलोकन किया गया। इस मौके पर सभी मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के अध्यक्ष, सचिव और अन्य प्रतिनिधि भी मौजूद थे।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। निरीक्षण के बाद, उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार समाहरणालय सभागार में आगामी मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (SIR) से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों से बूथ लेवल एजेंट (BLA) की शीघ्र नियुक्ति कर निर्धारित प्रपत्र में विवरण उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया गया। इसके साथ ही मतदाता सूची में स्वयं अथवा अपने परिवार का नाम खोजने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में जानकारी भी दी गई।

झारखंड में वर्ष 2003 से निवासरत मतदाता ceo.jharkhand.gov.in पोर्टल पर, जबकि अन्य राज्यों में निवासरत मतदाता voters.eci.gov.in पोर्टल पर जाकर नाम खोज सकते हैं। यह सुविधा पुनरीक्षण प्रक्रिया को अधिक पारदर्शी और सुगम बनाने में सहायक होगी।

कार्यक्रम में उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, गुमला; निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी–68 गुमला, निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी–69 विशुनपुर; जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय के अधिकारी-कर्मी और सभी मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधिगण उपस्थित थे।
