गुमला: गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश के तहत आज सिसई प्रखंड के कुदरी और भरनो प्रखंड के महादेव चेगरी ग्राम में अवैध शराब के खिलाफ छापामारी अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान अधीक्षक उत्पाद, गुमला के पर्यवेक्षण में संचालित किया गया।
अभियान के दौरान अनुमंडल स्तरीय उत्पाद टीम ने विभिन्न स्थलों पर गहन तलाशी ली। इस दौरान कुल 18 लीटर अवैध महुआ चुलाई शराब जब्त की गई और 1.10 किलोग्राम चुलाई योग्य जावा महुआ घटनास्थल पर ही नष्ट कर दिया गया। इसके अलावा अवैध शराब निर्माण और बिक्री में संलिप्त दो व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया।
उत्पाद विभाग ने कहा कि अवैध मदिरा के निर्माण, भंडारण और परिवहन पर अंकुश लगाने हेतु ऐसे अभियान निरंतर जारी रहेंगे, ताकि राजस्व हितों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके और कानून व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ बनाया जा सके।
