गुमला: गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार जिले में कारीगरों के कौशल और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण को लक्षित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड द्वारा संचालित कौशल उन्नयन योजना के अंतर्गत सिसई प्रखंड के ग्राम लकेया में 25 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सिसई, रमेश कुमार यादव ने की।
इस प्रशिक्षण में 20 महिला और पुरुष उद्यमियों को बांस और बंबू उत्पाद निर्माण का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। प्रतिभागी विभिन्न प्रकार की डलिया, मोरहा, सुप, दौरा, खचिला, सुपली, मौनी और शादी–विवाह में उपयोगी सामग्री तथा प्रदर्शनी स्तर के उत्पाद तैयार करना सीखेंगे। प्रशिक्षण उपरांत उन्हें आवश्यक टूलकिट भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी, ताकि वे स्वयं का रोजगार स्थापित कर आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें।
जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक सूरज कुमार ने बताया कि बोर्ड के सहयोग से ग्राम लकेया में कॉमन फैसिलिटी सेंटर (CFC) का निर्माण किया गया है, जहां प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया जा रहा है। यह केंद्र कारीगरों को सामूहिक रूप से कार्य करने, उत्पादन बढ़ाने और आय सृजन के अवसर प्रदान करेगा। साथ ही, बोर्ड उनके उत्पादों के विपणन (मार्केटिंग) की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित करेगा।
कारीगरों को बांस आधारित उद्यम, बंबू फर्नीचर निर्माण और बायो-डीजल जैसे नवाचारों के लिए भी प्रेरित किया जा रहा है, जिससे अधिकतम स्वरोजगार के अवसर विकसित किए जा सकें।
प्रशिक्षण एजेंसी के रूप में जगरनाथ विकास केंद्र, चतरा की भूमिका रहेगी, जिसमें रवि कांत पांडे, विनोद भोक्ता और परमेश्वर कुमार राणा प्रशिक्षण कार्य का संचालन कर रहे हैं।
शुभारंभ कार्यक्रम में सिसई प्रमुख मीना देवी, पंचायत सचिव विनोद कुमार भगत, प्रखंड उद्यमी समन्वयक सिसई अमृता कच्छप, प्रखंड उद्यमी समन्वयक कामडारा गंदुर उराँव और अन्य गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित थे।
मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड जिले के कारीगरों को निरंतर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों से जोड़कर आत्मनिर्भर बनाने और स्वरोजगार सृजन के प्रयास जारी रखेगा।
