गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, 50 से अधिक नागरिकों ने दर्ज कराईं समस्याएँ

गुमला: गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय, गुमला चांदली में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के विभिन्न दूरदराज क्षेत्रों से आए 50 से अधिक नागरिकों ने उपायुक्त से प्रत्यक्ष मुलाकात कर अपनी समस्याएँ और शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिए।

कार्यक्रम में प्रमुख शिकायतें इस प्रकार रही:

• घाघरा प्रखंड, कसपोड़ा: ललित स्वयं सहायता समूह द्वारा संचालित जन वितरण प्रणाली की दुकान बंद होने से ग्रामीणों को अन्य गांव जाना पड़ रहा है। उपायुक्त ने त्वरित जांच कर आवश्यक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया।
• राजकीयकृत मध्य विद्यालय, करौंदी: विद्यालय की चारदीवारी निर्माण की मांग। 266 बच्चे अध्ययनरत हैं, चारदीवारी न होने के कारण तोड़फोड़ और चोरी की घटनाएँ होती रहती हैं। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को प्रस्ताव उपलब्ध कराने को कहा।
• मरदा चमरा टोली गांव: महादेव मंडप स्थल की घेराबंदी कर सुरक्षित बनाने का अनुरोध। आवश्यक प्रतिवेदन उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए।
• डिपाटोली, पालकोट: SAR केस संख्या 03/2018-19 के आदेशानुसार भूमि खाली कराने एवं CNTA उल्लंघन मामले में कार्रवाई की मांग।
• घाघरा थाना: प्रतिनियुक्त चौकीदारों के वेतन भुगतान में हो रही देरी की शिकायत।
• पुग्गू पंचायत: करम डीपा स्थित कार्तिक उराँव बाल विकास विद्यालय में बस पड़ाव निर्माण रोकने एवं संचालन यथावत रखने का अनुरोध।

इसके अतिरिक्त नागरिकों ने बिजली, पानी, राशन, आवास, वृद्धावस्था पेंशन, मनरेगा रोजगार, भूमि विवाद निपटारा और अन्य योजनाओं के लाभ से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा,
“जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण मंच है। प्रत्येक आवेदन पर त्वरित एवं पारदर्शी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।”

उन्होंने सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि आम जनता की समस्याओं का शीघ्र निवारण कर बेहतर प्रशासनिक सेवा प्रदान करें।
