गुमला जिला परिषद समन्वय समिति की सामान्य बैठक सम्पन्न

गुमला: जिला परिषद अध्यक्षा किरण माला बाड़ा की अध्यक्षता में आज जिला परिषद समन्वय समिति की सामान्य बैठक सम्पन्न हुई। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, विभिन्न विभागों के वरीय अधिकारी तथा जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे। बैठक की शुरुआत 16 सितंबर 2025 को आयोजित पिछली बैठक की कार्यवाही की पुष्टि और उस बैठक के निर्णयों के अनुपालन की समीक्षा से की गई।

बैठक में भारतीय रेडक्रॉस सोसाइटी, गुमला को पुराने जिला परिषद भवन में अध्यक्ष कक्ष आवंटन के प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा की गई। इसे जनहित से जोड़ते हुए सकारात्मक रूप से आगे बढ़ाने पर सहमति बनी। इसी क्रम में जिला परिषद व्यवसायिक भवन के क्वार्टरों के आवंटन और किराया निर्धारण पर भी विचार-विमर्श किया गया। निर्णय लिया गया कि भूतल स्थित एक क्वार्टर को ₹4,800 मासिक किराये पर आवंटित किया जाएगा। अन्य क्वार्टरों के उपयोग को प्रशासनिक आवश्यकता और राजस्व बढ़ोतरी के अनुरूप तय करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

बैठक में जिला परिषद में कार्यरत संविदा आधारित कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर एवं चतुर्थवर्गीय कर्मियों के मानदेय वृद्धि पर भी चर्चा की गई। प्रशासनिक प्रक्रिया के अनुरूप इसे यथोचित स्तर पर संबोधित करने की बात कही गई। इसके अलावा, राजस्व मद से सितंबर से नवंबर 2025 तक हुए व्यय की समीक्षा कर उसे अनुमोदन प्रदान किया गया।

बैठक में लिए गए निर्णयों को जिले के प्रशासनिक कार्यों की सुगमता और जनहित के अनुरूप महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है।
