विभावि युवा महोत्सव ‘झूमर 2025’ के आयोजन को लेकर हुई तैयारी बैठक

15 से 17 दिसंबर तक कला एवं संस्कृति का केंद्र बनेगा विश्वविद्यालय मुख्यालय परिसर

हजारीबाग। विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के स्नातकोत्तर कला एवं संस्कृति पर्षद की मेजबानी में 15 से 17 दिसंबर 2025 तक आयोजित होने वाले अंतर–महाविद्यालय युवा महोत्सव ‘झूमर 2025’ की तैयारियों की समीक्षा को लेकर गुरुवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक आर्यभट्ट सभागार में हुई, जिसमें आयोजन से जुड़ी विभिन्न समितियों के अध्यक्ष, संयोजक एवं सदस्य बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे। बैठक की अध्यक्षता विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र कल्याण संकाय अध्यक्ष डॉ. विकास कुमार ने की।

विभिन्न समितियों ने दी तैयारी की जानकारी

बैठक में सभी उप-समितियों के अध्यक्ष, संयोजक और सदस्यों ने अपने-अपने दायित्वों और अब तक की गई तैयारियों की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रस्तुत की।
समितियों ने यह भी बताया कि किन कार्यों पर प्रगति संतोषजनक है और कौन से कार्य अभी लंबित हैं, साथ ही देरी के कारणों पर भी चर्चा की गई।

छात्र कल्याण संकाय अध्यक्ष डॉ. विकास कुमार ने सभी सुझावों को विधिवत दर्ज कराया और आश्वस्त किया कि शेष कार्यों को समय पर पूरा कराने के लिए आवश्यक पहल तुरंत की जाएगी।

24 दल करेंगे प्रतिभागिता, 850 प्रतिभागियों की अनुमानित संख्या

संयुक्त आयोजन सचिव डॉ. अमिता कुमारी और श्रीमती अर्चना रीना धान ने बताया कि अब तक 24 दलों द्वारा प्रतियोगिता में प्रतिभागिता के लिए प्रवेश प्राप्त हो चुके हैं।
प्रतिभागियों एवं संगत करने वाले व्यक्तियों की कुल अनुमानित संख्या लगभग 850 होगी।

सभी दलों का पंजीकरण 14 दिसंबर को किया जाएगा, जिसके लिए पांच उप-समितियों का गठन किया गया है ताकि प्रक्रिया सुचारू और व्यवस्थित रहे।

सचिव ने संभाला मंच संचालन

बैठक के दौरान मंच संचालन की जिम्मेदारी स्नातकोत्तर कला एवं संस्कृति पर्षद के सचिव डॉ. सुकल्याण मोइत्रा ने संभाली।

युवा महोत्सव ‘झूमर 2025’ को लेकर विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन पूरी तरह सक्रिय है और आयोजकों का लक्ष्य है कि तीन दिवसीय कार्यक्रम कला, संस्कृति, युवा प्रतिभा और रचनात्मक अभिव्यक्ति का भव्य संगम बन सके।
