अठारह सूत्री मांगों को लेकर कुलपति से मिला ABVP प्रतिनिधि मंडल

हजारीबाग। अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद (ABVP), विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय इकाई का एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल आज विश्वविद्यालय कुलपति से मिला और 18 सूत्री मांग-पत्र सौंपा। प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने बताया कि विद्यार्थी परिषद हमेशा से छात्रों के हितों के लिए संघर्ष करती रही है तथा शिक्षा से जुड़ी समस्याओं को निरंतर उठाती आई है।

मांग पत्र में विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालयों से संबंधित कई प्रमुख मुद्दों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है। ABVP ने कहा कि यदि विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन 20 दिनों के भीतर इन मांगों पर ठोस कदम नहीं उठाता है, तो संगठन चरणबद्ध आंदोलन शुरू करने को बाध्य होगा।

ABVP की प्रमुख मांगें

मांग पत्र में उठाए गए प्रमुख मुद्दे इस प्रकार हैं—

• छात्रसंघ चुनाव कई वर्षों से बंद है, इसलिए इसे पुनः आरंभ किया जाए।
• विश्वविद्यालय और सभी संबद्ध महाविद्यालयों में शिक्षकों व कर्मचारियों की भारी कमी को जल्द दूर किया जाए।
• BCA, BMLT सहित सभी वोकेशनल कोर्स में लैब की कमी को तत्काल पूरा किया जाए।
• NEP 2020 के तहत सभी महाविद्यालयों में पुस्तकालयों को नए पुस्तकों से सुसज्जित किया जाए।
• शौचालय, पेयजल, साफ-कक्षाएं, टूटे बेंच–डेस्क की मरम्मत सहित मूलभूत सुविधाओं में सुधार किया जाए।
• विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालयों में छात्र सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी जाए।
• विश्वविद्यालय का नया ट्राइबल भवन वर्षों पहले बनकर तैयार हो चुका है, परंतु गतिविधियाँ प्रारंभ नहीं हुई हैं—इसे तुरंत शुरू किया जाए।
• सभी महाविद्यालयों की वेबसाइटों को दुरुस्त किया जाए।
• सेल्फ फाइनेंस कोर्स में शिक्षकों की कमी दूर की जाए।
• सभी महाविद्यालयों में खेल शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति जल्द की जाए।
• DEET परीक्षा जल्द आयोजित की जाए।
• स्पेशल जेनेरिक परीक्षा की तिथि घोषित की जाए।
• गिरिडीह महाविद्यालय में इतिहास, राजनीति विज्ञान, भूगोल, हिंदी, भौतिकी और रसायन विषयों में स्नातकोत्तर पढ़ाई प्रारंभ कराई जाए।
• श्री आर.के. महिला महाविद्यालय में जंतु विज्ञान व राजनीतिक विज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर नामांकन शीट बढ़ाई जाए।
• संध्याकालीन महाविद्यालयों में मनमानी पर रोक लगाई जाए।
• जे.जे. कॉलेज झुमरीतिलैया में अधिसूचना जारी होने के बावजूद स्नातकोत्तर पढ़ाई प्रारंभ नहीं हुई, इसे तत्काल शुरू किया जाए।
• जे.जे. कॉलेज परिसर में बैंक सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाए, जिससे विद्यार्थियों को हो रही परेशानी खत्म हो सके।

कुलपति से मुलाकात के दौरान उपस्थित ABVP पदाधिकारियों में—

ABVP ने स्पष्ट किया कि इन मांगों का उद्देश्य छात्रों को बेहतर शैक्षणिक वातावरण, सुविधाएँ और अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है, और संगठन इसके लिए लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से संघर्ष जारी रखेगा।
