बोर्ड परीक्षा 2026: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने संभाली कमान, जनवरी तक युद्धस्तर पर तैयारी के निर्देश

बोर्ड परीक्षा 2026 की तैयारियों को लेकर गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित पूरी गंभीरता के साथ मैदान में उतर गई हैं। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि अभी से जनवरी 2026 तक जिले के सभी विद्यालयों में युद्धस्तर पर परीक्षा तैयारी कराई जाए। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन का लक्ष्य शत-प्रतिशत उत्तीर्णता है और किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

इसी क्रम में उपायुक्त ने जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो और जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां के साथ जिले के लगभग 10 उच्च एवं प्लस टू विद्यालयों की ऑडियो-वीडियो मॉनिटरिंग की। इस दौरान उन्होंने प्रधानाध्यापकों से सीधे संवाद कर कक्षाओं में पठन-पाठन, शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति और छात्रों की तैयारी की समीक्षा की।

ऑडियो-वीडियो मॉनिटरिंग के दौरान दिए गए मुख्य निर्देश

• कमजोर छात्रों के लिए अलग से रेमेडियल क्लास अनिवार्य रूप से संचालित की जाए।
• 10 जनवरी को प्रस्तावित विशेष मॉक टेस्ट की सभी तैयारियां समय पर सुनिश्चित की जाएं।
• जिला कोर टीम द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे मॉडल प्रश्नपत्रों का नियमित अभ्यास कराया जाए।
• सभी विद्यालयों में पाठ्यक्रम समय पर पूर्ण कर महत्वपूर्ण विषयवस्तु का पुनरावर्तन किया जाए।

तीन विद्यालयों पर सख़्त कार्रवाई, वेतन पर रोक

मॉनिटरिंग के दौरान सिसई प्रखंड के प्लस टू उच्च विद्यालय कार्तिक छारदा, पालकोट प्रखंड के उच्च विद्यालय झीकिरमा और घाघरा प्रखंड के उच्च विद्यालय ईचा की परीक्षा तैयारी और समग्र शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था असंतोषजनक पाई गई। इस पर उपायुक्त ने कड़ी नाराजगी जताते हुए संबंधित विद्यालयों का वेतन तत्काल प्रभाव से रोकने का आदेश दिया।

दो विद्यालयों की तैयारी संतोषजनक

वहीं सिसई स्थित संत तुलसीदास विद्यालय और प्लस टू उच्च विद्यालय बिशुनपुर की तैयारी वीडियो अनुश्रवण के दौरान संतोषजनक पाई गई। उपायुक्त ने इन विद्यालयों की सराहना करते हुए प्रदर्शन को और बेहतर करने के सुझाव भी दिए।

नियमित मॉनिटरिंग और अधिकारियों की टैगिंग

उपायुक्त ने डीईओ, डीएसई और जिला कोर टीम के सभी सदस्यों को निर्देश दिया कि विद्यालयों की नियमित वीडियो कॉल के माध्यम से मॉनिटरिंग जारी रखी जाए। साथ ही जिले और प्रखंड स्तर के वरीय पदाधिकारियों को विद्यालयों के साथ टैग करते हुए बोर्ड परीक्षा तैयारियों की सतत समीक्षा, छात्रों की उपस्थिति, पढ़ाई की प्रगति, अभिभावकों से संपर्क और काउंसलिंग गतिविधियों को मजबूत करने को कहा गया है।
