स्वांग में राष्ट्रीय कोयला मजदूर यूनियन का मिलन समारोह, दो दर्जन से अधिक श्रमिक संगठन में शामिल

श्रमिकों के अधिकारों पर कुठाराघात नहीं होने दिया जाएगा : विजय कुमार सिंह

स्वांग। राष्ट्रीय कोयला मजदूर यूनियन (आरकेएमयू) की ओर से पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के तहत स्वांग स्थित पंचायत भवन में रविवार को मिलन समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर स्वांग वाशरी एवं स्वांग–गोविंदपुर फेज-दो परियोजना से जुड़े करीब दो दर्जन श्रमिकों ने आरकेएमयू की सदस्यता ग्रहण की।

मिलन समारोह में कथारा क्षेत्र के सचिव विजय कुमार सिंह, क्षेत्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष गणेश राम, स्वांग–गोविंदपुर फेज-दो के अध्यक्ष प्रेमजीत प्रसाद, सचिव धनंजय सिंह, स्वांग वाशरी परियोजना के अध्यक्ष सुधीर सिंह, सचिव पीयूष कुमार तथा कथारा क्षेत्र के सहायक सचिव सह जारंगडीह कोलियरी परियोजना के सचिव खगेश्वर रजक मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता प्रेमजीत प्रसाद ने की, जबकि संचालन धनंजय सिंह ने किया।

इस दौरान श्रमिकों ने परियोजना एवं आवास से जुड़ी विभिन्न समस्याओं को संगठन के समक्ष रखा। मौके पर क्षेत्रीय सचिव विजय कुमार सिंह ने श्रमिकों को आश्वस्त करते हुए कहा कि श्रमिकों के अधिकारों पर किसी भी प्रकार का कुठाराघात बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जब तक समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं हो जाता, तब तक संगठन के पदाधिकारी संघर्ष करते रहेंगे। साथ ही उन्होंने चार लेबर कोड कानूनों की जानकारी देते हुए श्रमिकों को भविष्य की चुनौतियों से भी अवगत कराया।

क्षेत्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष गणेश राम ने संगठन द्वारा श्रमिक हित में किए जा रहे कार्यों की जानकारी दी। वहीं स्वांग–गोविंदपुर फेज-दो के सचिव धनंजय सिंह ने कहा कि श्रमिकों के सुख-दुख में सहभागी बनना, उनके अधिकारों की रक्षा करना और हर परिस्थिति में उनके साथ खड़ा रहना ही राष्ट्रीय कोयला मजदूर यूनियन की पहचान है।

अध्यक्ष प्रेमजीत प्रसाद ने कहा कि आरकेएमयू युवाओं का तेजी से लोकप्रिय संगठन बनता जा रहा है। युवा जोश और अनुभवी नेतृत्व के समन्वय से संगठन को क्षेत्र का सबसे सशक्त श्रमिक संगठन बनाया जाएगा।

कार्यक्रम में सुधीर कुमार, संतोष चौहान, प्रदीप लोहार, फूलचंद मांझी, निर्मल उरांव, धीरज कुमार कश्यप, संतोष भुईयां, उदल कुमार, कोलेश्वर मुंडा सहित बड़ी संख्या में श्रमिक उपस्थित रहे।

आरकेएमयू की सदस्यता ग्रहण करने वालों में खेमराज महतो, मंशु कुमार, मनोरंजन मंडल, धीरज कुमार कश्यप, संतोष कुमार भुईयां, उदल कुमार, अनूप कुमार, कोलेश्वर मुंडा, मनोहर मांझी, छोटन भुईयां, राजेश भुईयां, भूलटन, फूलचंद मांझी, प्रीता साव, फुटु सिंह, प्रदीप लोहार, निर्मल उरांव, अर्जुन उरांव सहित अन्य श्रमिक शामिल हैं।
