उपायुक्त की पहल से चैनपुर सीएचसी को मिली बड़ी राहत, चार नए डॉक्टरों की तैनाती

अब 24 घंटे मिलेगी चिकित्सकीय सेवा

गुमला जिला अंतर्गत चैनपुर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी) में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में एक अहम कदम उठाया गया है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल पर चैनपुर सीएचसी को चार नए डॉक्टर उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं, जिससे अब यहां 24 घंटे चिकित्सकीय सेवा सुनिश्चित की जा सकेगी।

इसी क्रम में सिविल सर्जन डॉ. शंभुनाथ चौधरी ने चैनपुर सीएचसी का दौरा कर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का गहन निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने मरीजों के इलाज में प्रयुक्त विभिन्न वार्डों, उपस्थिति पंजी, दवा स्टॉक रजिस्टर सहित अन्य व्यवस्थाओं की जांच की तथा मौके पर मौजूद चिकित्सकों और स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों से बातचीत कर स्थिति की जानकारी ली।

मीडिया से बातचीत में सिविल सर्जन ने बताया कि चैनपुर सीएचसी का कार्यक्षेत्र काफी विस्तृत है और इसके अंतर्गत आने वाली 10 पंचायतों की बड़ी आबादी इलाज के लिए इसी केंद्र पर निर्भर है। डॉक्टरों की कमी के कारण अब तक मरीजों को कई तरह की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा था। इस समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिला प्रशासन द्वारा चार नए डॉक्टरों की तैनाती की गई है।

उन्होंने बताया कि पहले यहां डॉक्टरों की सेवा सुबह 9 बजे से दोपहर 3 बजे तक ही सीमित थी, लेकिन अब 24 घंटे रोस्टर ड्यूटी लागू करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इससे आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में भी मरीजों को समय पर उपचार मिल सकेगा।

निरीक्षण के दौरान सिविल सर्जन ने निर्माणाधीन अनुमंडल स्तरीय अस्पताल के कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की। कार्य की धीमी प्रगति पर नाराजगी जताते हुए उन्होंने संबंधित ठेकेदार को गुणवत्ता के साथ निर्धारित समय सीमा में निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अस्पताल आम जनता की सुविधा के लिए है, इसके संरक्षण और बेहतर संचालन में जनसहयोग भी आवश्यक है।

जिला प्रशासन की इस पहल से क्षेत्र के लोगों को बेहतर और सुलभ स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मिलने की उम्मीद जगी है।
