बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 3 का भव्य समापन: शाजिदा अमीर के सिर सजा स्वाद का ताज, सिंगापुर में भारतीय रेस्तरां खोलने की जताई इच्छा

बुंदेलखंड की महिलाओं की पाककला, आत्मविश्वास और सांस्कृतिक विरासत का उत्सव बन चुकी बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 3 प्रतियोगिता का भव्य ग्रैंड फिनाले रविवार को छतरपुर स्थित द रुद्राक्ष होटल में आयोजित किया गया। बुंदेलखंड 24×7 द्वारा आयोजित इस बहुप्रतीक्षित प्रतियोगिता के समापन अवसर पर स्वाद, हुनर और जुनून की शानदार झलक देखने को मिली।

कड़े मुकाबले के बाद झाँसी की शाजिदा अमीर ने अपने लाजवाब और पारंपरिक बुंदेली व्यंजनों से निर्णायकों का दिल जीतते हुए बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 3 का खिताब अपने नाम किया। वहीं पन्ना की नैंसी शिवहरे (वर्तमान में बेंगलुरु निवासी) प्रथम उपविजेता रहीं, जबकि छतरपुर की विभा अग्निहोत्री ने द्वितीय उपविजेता का स्थान प्राप्त किया।

ग्रैंड फिनाले में कुल छह प्रतिभागियों—विभा अग्निहोत्री, स्वप्निल मोदी, रश्मि ठाकुर, शाजिदा अमीर, नैंसी शिवहरे और वाइल्ड कार्ड एंट्री के ज़रिए शामिल हुईं रानू झा—ने अपने-अपने व्यंजनों के माध्यम से बुंदेली स्वाद की विविधता और गहराई को मंच पर प्रस्तुत किया। सभी प्रतिभागियों को निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा कड़े मानकों पर परखा गया।

कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाने के लिए छतरपुर की माननीय विधायक श्रीमती ललिता यादव मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहीं। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि ऐसे आयोजन स्थानीय महिलाओं को न केवल पहचान देते हैं, बल्कि बुंदेलखंड की संस्कृति, परंपरा और रसोई को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर स्थापित करने का कार्य भी करते हैं। उन्होंने बुंदेली महिलाओं के आत्मविश्वास और आगे बढ़ने की भावना को पूरे क्षेत्र के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत बताया।

फिनाले में निर्णायक की भूमिका बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 1 की विजेता शमिता सिंह और सीज़न 2 की विजेता ज़हीदा परवीन ने निभाई। दोनों जजेस ने ऑडिशन से लेकर फाइनल तक प्रत्येक डिश को बारीकी से परखा और यह भी सुनिश्चित किया कि व्यंजनों में बुंदेलखंड की परंपरा और पहचान स्पष्ट रूप से झलके।

कार्यक्रम में फिल्म अभिनेत्री सुष्मिता मुखर्जी ने वर्चुअल रूप से प्रतिभागियों को एक विशेष टास्क दिया, जिसे सभी ने पूरे उत्साह और मेहनत के साथ पूरा किया। विजेताओं को आकर्षक पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया गया, वहीं फाइनल तक पहुँचने वाली अन्य प्रतिभागियों को सांत्वना पुरस्कार प्रदान कर उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया गया।

कार्यक्रम की सफलता पर बुंदेलखंड 24×7 के फाउंडर डॉ. अतुल मलिकराम ने कहा कि बुंदेली शेफ का उद्देश्य केवल एक कुकिंग शो बनाना नहीं था, बल्कि बुंदेलखंड की महिलाओं को ऐसा मंच देना था, जहाँ उनके हुनर को सम्मान मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि सीज़न 3 ने यह साबित कर दिया है कि बुंदेलखंड की रसोई में वह ताकत है, जो पूरे देश को आकर्षित कर सकती है।

वहीं चैनल हेड आसिफ पटेल ने कहा कि ‘बुंदेली शेफ’ अब सिर्फ एक कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि बुंदेलखंड की पहचान बन चुका है। हर सीज़न के साथ इसकी लोकप्रियता बढ़ रही है और यह मंच क्षेत्र की नारी शक्ति और परंपरा को देशभर में सम्मान दिला रहा है।

शो की होस्ट शिवांगी तिवारी ने कहा कि बुंदेली शेफ अब लोगों की भावनाओं से जुड़ चुका है। जब प्रतिभागी अपनी थाली में माँ के हाथों का स्वाद और मिट्टी की खुशबू लेकर आते हैं, तो पूरा बुंदेलखंड गर्व से मुस्कुराता है।

विजेता बनने के बाद शाजिदा अमीर ने भावुक होते हुए कहा, “यह जीत सिर्फ मेरी नहीं है, यह मेरी रसोई, मेरी परंपरा और हर उस बुंदेली महिला की है, जो अपने हुनर को दुनिया तक पहुँचाना चाहती है।” उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि वह भविष्य में सिंगापुर में भारतीय रेस्तरां खोलकर भारत और बुंदेलखंड का नाम अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर रोशन करना चाहती हैं।

जज पैनल की सदस्य शमिता सिंह ने कहा कि हर प्रतिभागी के व्यंजनों में स्वाद के साथ उनकी कहानी भी झलक रही थी, जिससे निर्णय लेना बेहद कठिन हो गया। वहीं ज़हीदा परवीन ने कहा कि बुंदेली शेफ अब एक आंदोलन बन चुका है, जो हमारी रसोई और संस्कृति को नई पीढ़ी तक पहुँचा रहा है।

कार्यक्रम की सफलता में रुद्राणी कलाग्राम का विशेष सहयोग रहा। पीआर 24×7 पीआर पार्टनर, अफ्फी स्पोर्ट्स ट्रॉफी पार्टनर, तारुका इको, डिवाइन डेकोर एंड गिफ्ट गैलरी और बुंदेलखंड्स फेमस गिफ्टिंग पार्टनर रहे। वैन्यू पार्टनर द रुद्राक्ष होटल और ‘2030 का भारत’ सोशल पार्टनर रहा।

ग्रैंड फिनाले का समापन इस घोषणा के साथ हुआ कि आने वाला सीज़न बुंदेली पाककला के लिए और भी सुनहरा होगा। यह कहना गलत नहीं होगा कि बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 3 ने यह साबित कर दिया है कि यह मंच सिर्फ जीत का नहीं, बल्कि परंपरा, अपनेपन और स्वाद की उस यात्रा का प्रतीक है, जिस पर पूरा बुंदेलखंड गर्व करता है।
