उपायुक्त ने धान अधिप्राप्ति जागरूकता रथों को दिखाई हरी झंडी, पीडीएस विक्रेताओं को 4G आधारित ई-पॉश मशीन का वितरण

गुमला | जिले में धान अधिप्राप्ति प्रक्रिया को सुचारु, पारदर्शी एवं किसान हितैषी बनाने के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा लगातार पहल की जा रही है। इसी क्रम में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने मंगलवार को तीन धान अधिप्राप्ति जागरूकता रथों को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया।

ये जागरूकता रथ आगामी 10 दिनों तक जिले के तीनों अनुमंडलों के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं पंचायतों में भ्रमण कर किसानों को धान अधिप्राप्ति से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारियाँ उपलब्ध कराएंगे। कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त द्वारा जन वितरण प्रणाली (पीडीएस) विक्रेताओं के बीच 4G आधारित ई-पॉश मशीनों का भी वितरण किया गया। राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार पुराने 2G आधारित ई-पॉश मशीनों को चरणबद्ध तरीके से हटाकर 4G आधारित मशीनें उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं। 2G नेटवर्क की सीमाओं के कारण सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में लेन-देन एवं ऑनलाइन कार्यों में आ रही समस्याओं को देखते हुए यह निर्णय लिया गया है। 4G आधारित ई-पॉश मशीनों से अब ऑनलाइन ट्रांजेक्शन में तेजी आएगी और उपभोक्ताओं को अधिक सुविधा मिलेगी। इस चरण में जिले के लगभग 90 जन वितरण प्रणाली केंद्रों को ई-पॉश मशीन उपलब्ध कराई गई।

जिले में धान की खरीददारी प्रारंभ हो चुकी है। इसके लिए विभाग द्वारा कुल 29 लैम्पस का चयन किया गया है, जिनके माध्यम से किसानों से धान की अधिप्राप्ति की जा रही है। इस वर्ष राज्य सरकार द्वारा धान का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य ₹2,450 प्रति क्विंटल निर्धारित किया गया है, जो पिछले वर्ष के ₹2,350 प्रति क्विंटल की तुलना में ₹100 अधिक है। समर्थन मूल्य में हुई इस वृद्धि से किसानों को सीधा लाभ मिलेगा। साथ ही धान अधिप्राप्ति के एक सप्ताह के भीतर किसानों को भुगतान सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।

भरनो प्रखंड: मारासिली, डुबो, सुपा एवं भरनो लैम्पस
डुमरी प्रखंड: डुमरी, जैरागी एवं मझगांव लैम्पस
पालकोट प्रखंड: उत्तरी पालकोट, बंगरू एवं पालकोट लैम्पस
गुमला प्रखंड: टोटो, कोटाम एवं करौंदी लैम्पस
घाघरा प्रखंड: आदर, चुन्दरी, बेलागाड़ा एवं चपका लैम्पस
चैनपुर प्रखंड: छिंछवानी, बरवेनगर एवं कुरूमगढ़ लैम्पस
रायडीह प्रखंड: कुड़ोछतरपुर लैम्पस
अल्बर्ट एक्का जरी प्रखंड: जरडा लैम्पस
विशुनपुर प्रखंड: बनारी एवं जोरी लैम्पस

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिले के किसानों से अपील की कि वे बिचौलियों से दूर रहते हुए केवल अधिकृत धान अधिप्राप्ति केंद्रों पर ही धान की बिक्री करें, ताकि उन्हें राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य का पूरा लाभ मिल सके।
