गुमला | उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आज अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक की अध्यक्षता में जिला परामर्शदात्री समिति (DCC), जिला स्तरीय समीक्षा समिति (DLRC) तथा ऋण-जमा अनुपात निगरानी उपसमिति की त्रैमासिक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में सितंबर 2025 तिमाही के दौरान जिले के बैंकिंग प्रदर्शन की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
बैठक के दौरान बैंकवार ऋण-जमा अनुपात (CD Ratio), वार्षिक साख योजना 2025–26 के अंतर्गत क्षेत्रवार उपलब्धि, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC), स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) बैंक लिंकेज, तथा केंद्र व राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रायोजित योजनाओं—जैसे प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम (PMEGP), PMFME, मुद्रा लोन, स्टैंड-अप इंडिया, पीएम स्वनिधि आदि—की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई।
इसके अतिरिक्त बैंकवार गैर निष्पादित परिसंपत्तियों (NPA) की स्थिति, उनकी वसूली के लिए किए जा रहे उपायों एवं वित्तीय समावेशन (TEIIP) के अंतर्गत आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम की प्रगति पर भी विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।
अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक ने सभी बैंकों को निर्देश दिया कि लंबित ऋण आवेदनों का शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें तथा किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC) के माध्यम से अधिक से अधिक किसानों को लाभान्वित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि बैंकिंग संस्थान ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था के सशक्तिकरण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं, इसलिए सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व के साथ निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति हेतु ठोस और प्रभावी कदम उठाए जाएं।
बैठक में एलडीएम गुमला, विभिन्न बैंकों के शाखा प्रबंधक, RSETI के प्रतिनिधि एवं संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
