पाट क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की सुलभता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु उपायुक्त की पहल, 58 चिन्हित पाट क्षेत्रों के लिए मासिक स्वास्थ्य कैलेंडर जारी

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के सुदूर एवं दुर्गम पाट क्षेत्रों में निवासरत नागरिकों को सुलभ एवं नियमित स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल पर एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया गया है। ऐसे पाट क्षेत्र, जहां वर्तमान में निकटवर्ती स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों की दूरी अधिक है, वहां स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सुनिश्चित करने के लिए 58 चिन्हित पाट क्षेत्रों में एएनएम (ANM) की तैनाती कर मासिक तिथि कैलेंडर जारी किया गया है।

इस पहल के अंतर्गत जिला के बिशुनपुर, घाघरा, डुमरी, जारी एवं चैनपुर प्रखंडों के पाट क्षेत्रों में आम जनमानस को स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए संबंधित सीएचओ, एएनएम, एमपीडब्लू एवं अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे प्रत्येक माह कम से कम एक बार पाट क्षेत्रों के गांवों का भ्रमण कर ग्रामीणों को व्यापक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराएं।

स्वास्थ्य शिविरों के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों को सामान्य ओपीडी एवं दवा वितरण, एएनसी सेवाएं, टीकाकरण, रक्तचाप एवं शुगर की जांच, सिकल सेल स्क्रीनिंग, हिमोग्लोबिन जांच, टीबी स्क्रीनिंग, मलेरिया जांच, कुष्ठ रोगियों की पहचान, स्कूल स्वास्थ्य जांच, काउंसलिंग, कैंसर स्क्रीनिंग, जागरूकता कार्यक्रम तथा आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण जैसी आवश्यक सेवाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी।

इस संबंध में उपायुक्त द्वारा स्वयं नियमित रूप से मॉनिटरिंग की जाएगी, वहीं उपायुक्त के गोपनीय कार्यालय द्वारा भी प्रतिदिन इसकी निगरानी सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, ताकि सेवाओं के क्रियान्वयन में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही न हो।

उपायुक्त ने जिले के पाट क्षेत्रों के नागरिकों से अपील की है कि यदि किसी क्षेत्र में निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार एएनएम या स्वास्थ्यकर्मी नियमित रूप से भ्रमण नहीं करते हैं, तो इसकी सूचना सीधे उपायुक्त कार्यालय को दी जा सकती है। नागरिक उपायुक्त के फेसबुक आईडी ‘DC Gumla’ अथवा ट्विटर हैंडल @DCGumla पर संदेश भेजकर जानकारी साझा कर सकते हैं।

जिला प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि जिले के सुदूर पाट क्षेत्रों में भी स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं समय पर और प्रभावी रूप से पहुंचें, जिससे नागरिकों के स्वास्थ्य में सुधार हो और उन्हें बेहतर जीवन गुणवत्ता मिल सके।
