झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा व्यावसायिक शिक्षण प्राप्त कर चुके छात्रों के लिए आयोजित हुआ जॉब फेयर

झारखंड सरकार के स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग अंतर्गत झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा व्यावसायिक शिक्षण से पास विद्यार्थियों के लिए आज जॉब फेयर का आयोजन किया गया। इस जॉब फेयर में 450 विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम की प्रक्रिया को सुचारु रूप से चलाने एवं उसके क्रियान्वयन में ‘लेंड अ हैण्ड इंडिया’ ने सहयोग दिया। नियुक्ति के लिए 25 कंपनियों ने भाग लिया जो हेल्थकेयर, आई टी, ब्यूटी एंड वैलनेस, ऑटोमोटिव, अपारेल सेक्टर्स से विभिन्न जॉब रोल्स के लिए नियुक्तियां करने के लिए आई। नौकरी के अवसर रांची, पटना, भुवनेश्वर सहित देश के विभिन्न राज्यों के लिए थे।

*एग्जिट सर्वे से समझी जाती है विद्यार्थियों की रूचि*

वर्तमान में राज्य के 803 विद्यालयों में कक्षा 9 से 12 के विद्यार्थियों के लिए व्यावसायिक शिक्षण का संचालन किया जा रहा है। राज्य में कुल 11 सेक्टर्स के जॉब रोल्स की पढ़ाई कराई जाती है ताकि विद्यार्थी विभिन्न कौशलों में दक्ष हो सके। ये सभी जॉब रोल्स NSQF से संरेखित हैं।
जॉब फेयर के आयोजन के पहले सभी व्यावसायिक शिक्षण से उत्तीर्ण सभी विद्यार्थियों का राज्यव्यापी एग्जिट सर्वे कराया जाता है। इस सर्वे का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों की अभिरुचि को समझना होता है। जॉब फेयर में उन विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया जिन्होंने एग्जिट सर्वे में रोजगार पाने में रूचि दिखाई। जॉब फेयर का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों के लिए ऐसा मंच प्रदान करना है, जहाँ विद्यार्थियों को उपलब्ध अवसरों में शामिल होने का सीधा मौका मिल सके।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर शामिल हुए राज्य परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन के द्वारा व्यावसायिक शिक्षण के महत्त्व पर बल देते हुए कहा गया कि वर्तमान समय कुशल युवाओं का है। कार्यक्षेत्रों में प्राप्त अनुभव करियर को सुदृढ़ करने में मदद करती है। उन्होंने सभी जिलों से आए विद्यार्थियों में उत्साह को देखते हुए अपनी ख़ुशी ज़ाहिर की और उम्मीद जताई कि आने वाले दिनों में अधिकाधिक नियोक्ता इस तरह के जॉब फेयर में शामिल होंगे। जॉब फेयर में चयनित विद्यार्थियों ने भी अपने अनुभव साझा किए।

झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के व्यावसायिक शिक्षण के नोडल पदाधिकारी श्री अमित कुमार ने इसे व्यावसायिक शिक्षण की दिशा में एक साकारात्मक पहल बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाले वर्षों में भी व्यावसायिक शिक्षण प्रभाग द्वारा इस तरह के कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाएगा, ताकि व्यावसायिक शिक्षण विषयों से उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थियों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर भी उपलब्ध हो सके। जॉब फेयर की पूरी प्रक्रिया बताते हुए उन्होंने व्यावसायिक शिक्षण के महत्त्व को अकादमिक विषयों के समकक्ष बताया।
