गुमला में ‘राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह 2026’ का शंखनाद: ‘सीख से सुरक्षा’ के साथ होगी नए साल की शुरुआत

विशेष सतर्कता: पिकनिक और जश्न के बीच ‘ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव’ पर जीरो टॉलरेंस, प्रशासन ने कहा- ‘घर पर कोई आपका इंतजार कर रहा है’

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में नव वर्ष 2026 की शुरुआत गुमला जिले में केवल उत्सव के साथ नहीं, बल्कि ‘जीवन रक्षा’ के संकल्प के साथ हो रही है। सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के दिशा-निर्देशों पर जिला प्रशासन और परिवहन विभाग ने ‘राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह 2026’ को लेकर अपनी कमर कस ली है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में इस बार अभियान का मूल मंत्र “सीख से सुरक्षा, तकनीक से परिवर्तन” रखा गया है।

नागफेनी टोल प्लाजा पर चलाया गया जागरूकता अभियान

अभियान के तहत जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, मोटर यान निरीक्षक और सड़क सुरक्षा समिति के सदस्यों ने नागफेनी स्थित टोल प्लाजा पर सघन जांच और जागरूकता अभियान चलाया। इस दौरान टोल संचालक के सहयोग से दर्जनों वाहनों पर रेडियम स्टीकर लगाए गए। अधिकारियों ने वाहन चालकों को समझाया कि कोहरे और रात के अंधेरे में ये स्टीकर दुर्घटना रोकने में कितने कारगर साबित होते हैं।

1 जनवरी को लेकर प्रशासन की भावुक अपील और कड़ी चेतावनी

नये साल के जश्न और पिकनिक को देखते हुए प्रशासन ने ‘ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव’ के खिलाफ कड़ा रुख अपनाया है। डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने एक वीडियो संदेश जारी कर आम जनता से मार्मिक अपील की है। उन्होंने कहा:

_”जब आप पिकनिक के लिए निकलते हैं, तो शाम को कोई घर पर आपके लौटने की राह देख रहा होता है। आपकी एक छोटी सी लापरवाही या तेज रफ्तार पूरे परिवार की खुशियों को मातम में बदल सकती है।”_

प्रशासन के मुख्य दिशा-निर्देश:

नशा और ड्राइविंग: नशे की हालत में वाहन चलाने वालों पर कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई होगी।

दोस्ती की गलत परिभाषा: “गाड़ी तेरा भाई चलाएगा” जैसे घातक उत्साह से बचें। नशे में धुत्त व्यक्ति को चाबी कदापि न सौंपें।

हेलमेट का महत्व: हेलमेट जुर्माने से बचने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि सिर बचाने के लिए पहनें।

लक्ष्य 2030: सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में 50% की कमी

झारखंड सरकार और परिवहन विभाग की लीड एजेंसी का लक्ष्य है कि वर्ष 2030 तक सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में होने वाली मौतों को आधा (50%) किया जाए। इसी उद्देश्य से पूरे जनवरी माह में ‘सड़क सुरक्षा – जीवन रक्षा’ थीम के तहत जन-आंदोलन चलाया जाएगा।

माह भर चलने वाले प्रमुख कार्यक्रम:

जागरूकता रथ – गांव-गांव जाकर नियमों का प्रचार-प्रसार करेगा।

सड़क सुरक्षा चौपाल – ग्रामीणों को यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक करना।

सावधानी की पाठशाला – स्कूलों-कॉलेजों में छात्रों को ट्रैफिक नियमों की शिक्षा।

रोज ऑफ सेफ्टी – नियम पालन करने वालों का सम्मान और उल्लंघन करने वालों को ‘गांधीगिरी’ से समझाना।

अधिकारियों का संदेश
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि सुरक्षित रहने के लिए केवल नियम जानना काफी नहीं है, बल्कि हेलमेट और सीटबेल्ट को अपनी दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाना अनिवार्य है। वहीं, डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने दोटूक कहा कि दुर्घटना कभी अनुमति लेकर नहीं होती, इसलिए सुरक्षा उपकरणों का उपयोग अपनी जिम्मेदारी समझकर करें।
