उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के नाम से फर्जी व्हाट्सएप अकाउंट सक्रिय, आमजनों से सतर्क रहने की अपील

गुमला : आमजनों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उपायुक्त गुमला, श्रीमती प्रेरणा दीक्षित के नाम से एक फर्जी/अनधिकृत व्हाट्सएप अकाउंट सक्रिय होने की सूचना प्राप्त हुई है। संबंधित फर्जी अकाउंट/नंबर (+84943482556) से लोगों को कॉल या संदेश भेजकर भ्रमित किए जा रहे हैं।
जिला प्रशासन स्पष्ट करता है कि उपायुक्त द्वारा इस प्रकार के किसी भी अनधिकृत नंबर के माध्यम से व्यक्तिगत रूप से कॉल या संदेश नहीं भेजे जाते हैं। ऐसे में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपायुक्त के नाम से किसी अज्ञात या संदिग्ध व्हाट्सएप नंबर से कॉल, मैसेज अथवा किसी प्रकार की जानकारी/मांग प्राप्त होती है, तो उस पर विश्वास न करें।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आमजनों से अपील की जाती है कि इस प्रकार के फर्जी एवं अनधिकृत नंबरों को तत्काल ब्लॉक करें तथा व्हाट्सएप पर रिपोर्ट करें। साथ ही किसी भी प्रकार की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, ओटीपी, बैंक विवरण अथवा अन्य संवेदनशील जानकारी साझा न करें।
संदिग्ध कॉल या संदेश प्राप्त होने की स्थिति में आमजन इसकी सूचना नजदीकी थाना अथवा जिला प्रशासन को उपलब्ध कराएं, ताकि आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा सके।
जिला प्रशासन, गुमला द्वारा नागरिकों से सतर्कता बरतने एवं किसी भी प्रकार के साइबर फ्रॉड से बचने की अपील की जाती है।
