जिले के सभी प्रखंड के विभिन्न शैक्षिक सूचकांक की ऑनलाइन समीक्षा

गुमला : – गुमला जिले की सभी प्रखंडों को जवाबदेही निर्धारण एवं परिणाम आधारित कार्यसंस्कृति विकसित करने के निर्देश सहित

पिछड़ रहे विभिन्न बिन्दुओं की पहचान कर सुधार संबंधी त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देशों को लागू करने के उद्देश्य से गुमला समाहरणालय अवस्थित उप विकास आयुक्त के सभागार में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो एवं जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से आयोजित ऑनलाइन समीक्षा बैठक में राज्य स्तरीय शैक्षिक सूचकांक के विभिन्न बिंदुओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में जिले के अतिरिक्त जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, सहायक कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, फील्ड मैनेजर एवं जिले के सभी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी एवं अन्य कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

समीक्षा के दौरान ई-विद्यावाहिनी अंतर्गत ऑनलाइन शिक्षक एवं छात्र उपस्थिति, मध्याह्न भोजन की दैनिक प्रविष्टि, दैनिक एसएमएस रिपोर्टिंग, असैनिक कार्य राशि समायोजन, गबन मामलों की पहचान एवं राशि वसूली, आईसीटी एवं स्मार्ट क्लास संचालन, बच्चों के आधार वेरिफिकेशन सहित विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर गहन चर्चा की गई।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी द्वारा बच्चों के मेंडेटरी बायोमैट्रिक अपडेट कार्य हेतु राज्य से उपलब्ध कराए गए ऑपरेटरों के माध्यम से प्रत्येक प्रखंड में आधार केंद्र संचालित कर विद्यालयवार रोस्टर बनाते हुए शत-प्रतिशत आधार सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में निपुण भारत मिशन, पीएम-श्री विद्यालय, पलाश कार्यक्रम, एमडीएम–पीएम पोषण, हेल्थ चेक कैंप, आयरन-फोलिक एसिड वितरण, यू-डायस प्लस, सिलेबस कवर, शिशु गणना सर्वेक्षण, एनआईएलपी अंतर्गत विद्यालयों की स्थिति सहित समीक्षा एजेंडा के सभी बिंदुओं की क्रमवार समीक्षा की गई।

साथ ही प्री-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति एवं सावित्रीबाई फुले योजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन, कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय, मॉडल विद्यालय, नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय एवं मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ट विद्यालयों में नामांकन वृद्धि हेतु व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार तथा आकांक्षा योजना के लिए विद्यार्थियों द्वारा अधिकाधिक आवेदन सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया गया।

समीक्षा के क्रम में सभी प्रखंडों को पिछड़ रहे बिन्दुओं की पहचान करते हुए त्वरित सुधारात्मक कार्ययोजना बनाकर निर्धारित समयसीमा में प्रगति लाने के सख्त निर्देश दिए गए।

डीईओ एवं डीएसई ने संतोषजनक कार्य नहीं करने वाले शिक्षक एवं कर्मियों की पहचान कर उनके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार उचित कार्रवाई संबंधी निर्देश दिए तथा सभी प्रखंडों को नियमित अनुश्रवण, जवाबदेही निर्धारण एवं परिणाम आधारित कार्यसंस्कृति विकसित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक के अंत में कहा गया कि जिले के शैक्षणिक सूचकांकों में समग्र सुधार लाने के लिए सभी स्तरों पर गंभीरता, पारदर्शिता एवं समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन अनिवार्य होगा।
