गुमला :- गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में नगरपालिका आम निर्वाचन 2026 के सफल, निष्पक्ष एवं शांतिपूर्ण संचालन को लेकर आज नगर भवन, गुमला में अध्यक्ष एवं वार्ड सदस्य पद के सभी उम्मीदवारों के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक का उद्देश्य उम्मीदवारों को आदर्श आचार संहिता (MCC), निर्वाचन व्यय लेखा-जोखा तथा मतदान प्रक्रिया से संबंधित आवश्यक एवं व्यवहारिक जानकारी प्रदान करना था।
बैठक के दौरान उम्मीदवारों को निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित आदर्श आचार संहिता के प्रावधानों, चुनावी खर्च की सीमा, व्यय लेखा संधारण की प्रक्रिया, अनुमति संबंधी नियमों तथा मतदान दिवस से जुड़ी व्यवस्थाओं की विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया के दौरान नियमों के उल्लंघन की स्थिति में कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
इस अवसर पर अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी गुमला, अंचल अधिकारी गुमला सहित निर्वाचन से जुड़े अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे। अधिकारियों द्वारा उम्मीदवारों की शंकाओं का समाधान भी किया गया तथा निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करने की अपील की गई।
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी उम्मीदवारों से आदर्श आचार संहिता का पूर्ण रूप से पालन करने, निर्वाचन व्यय का पारदर्शी लेखा रखने तथा लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया को मर्यादित एवं शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न कराने में सक्रिय सहयोग करने की अपेक्षा व्यक्त की।
