गोमिया प्रखण्ड में Revamped RGSA के तहत पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों का चार दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण शुरू

Revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) के अंतर्गत मुखिया, पंचायत सचिव एवं पंचायत सहायकों का प्रखण्ड स्तरीय चार दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण (बैच–3) सोमवार से प्रखण्ड सभागार, गोमिया में प्रारंभ हुआ। यह प्रशिक्षण 16 फरवरी 2026 से 19 फरवरी 2026 तक आयोजित किया जाएगा।
इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलित प्रखंड विकासपदाधिकारमें महादेव कुमार महतो व पंचायत के जनप्रतिनिधि ने संयुक्त रूप से किया तत्पश्चात प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम2 पंचायतों के मुखिया, पंचायत सचिव एवं पंचायत सहायकों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों एवं कर्मियों को पंचायती राज व्यवस्था, प्रशासनिक दायित्व, वित्तीय प्रबंधन, विकास योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन, पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारी प्रदान करना है, ताकि ग्राम पंचायतों में विकास कार्यों को और अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से लागू किया जा सके।
प्रशिक्षण सत्रों का संचालन प्रकाश चन्द्र झा (मास्टर ट्रेनर) एवं सुनीता देवी (रिसोर्स पर्सन) द्वारा किया जा रहा है। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान पंचायतों की भूमिका, योजनाओं की तैयारी, क्रियान्वयन एवं निगरानी, जनभागीदारी, रिकॉर्ड संधारण तथा शासन की विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी विस्तार से दी जा रही है।
प्रशिक्षण में शामिल पंचायतें
बाँध, टीकाहारा, तुलबुल, कण्डेर, साडम पूर्वी, महुआटाड, होशिर पूर्वी, हेशिर पश्चिमी, ललपनियां, कुंदा, बारीडारी एवं बड़की पुन्नू पंचायत के प्रतिनिधि एवं कर्मचारी प्रशिक्षण में शामिल हैं।
प्रतिभागियों ने प्रशिक्षण को व्यवहारिक एवं उपयोगी बताते हुए कहा कि इससे पंचायत स्तर पर सुशासन को मजबूती मिलेगी और ग्रामीण विकास कार्यों में गति आएगी। स्थानीय स्तर पर इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों से पंचायतों की कार्यक्षमता बढ़ेगी और योजनाओं का लाभ सीधे ग्रामीणों तक पहुंच
