नगर भवन गुमला में मतगणना कर्मियों का विशेष प्रशिक्षण आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में नगर निकाय आम निर्वाचन 2026 के सफल, निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से आज नगर भवन, गुमला में मतगणना कर्मियों (Counting Staff) का विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।

प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का निरीक्षण जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा किया गया। उन्होंने प्रशिक्षण सत्र के दौरान उपस्थित कर्मियों से मतगणना प्रक्रिया से संबंधित विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर प्रश्न पूछकर उनकी तैयारी एवं समझ का आकलन किया।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि मतगणना निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया का अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण चरण है, जिसमें शत-प्रतिशत सतर्कता, पारदर्शिता एवं निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों का अनुपालन अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने सभी कर्मियों को भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का अक्षरशः पालन करने का निर्देश दिया।

प्रशिक्षण के दौरान मतगणना कक्ष की व्यवस्था, टेबल मैनेजमेंट, प्रपत्रों की सही तरीके से प्रविष्टि, परिणाम संकलन एवं घोषणा की प्रक्रिया की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही, संभावित आपत्तियों एवं पुनर्गणना की स्थिति में अपनाई जाने वाली विधि के संबंध में भी कर्मियों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया।

इस अवसर पर अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता (DCLR), गुमला राजीव कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी सहित सभी संबंधित निर्वाची पदाधिकारी (RO) एवं वरीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
अधिकारियों ने प्रशिक्षण के दौरान कर्मियों को यह भी निर्देशित किया कि मतगणना कार्य पूर्ण निष्पक्षता, धैर्य एवं टीमवर्क के साथ संपन्न किया जाए, ताकि लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया की गरिमा बनी रहे।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा मतगणना दिवस पर सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएँ—सुरक्षा, अभ्यर्थियों एवं अभिकर्ताओं के लिए निर्धारित स्थान, मीडिया समन्वय तथा नियंत्रण कक्ष सुनिश्चित किए जाएंगे।
जिला प्रशासन, गुमला निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया को शांतिपूर्ण, पारदर्शी एवं विश्वसनीय बनाने के लिए पूर्णतः प्रतिबद्ध है।
